Located in the exclusive gated community of Beach Road, everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation is ready and awaits you in this 4 bedroom, 4 bath beach front home with space to sleep 8 guests.
Lush tropical landscaping and stunning oceanfront views greet visitors upon entering the property, which instantly sets the tone for unmatched ambiance. Both levels of the residence are enriched with front-row views of surf, sand, and colorful California sunsets.
A refined and understated interior grace the home, including Carrara marble countertops with waterfall edge and textured subway tile backsplash in the kitchen, farmhouse sink, and high-end Miele and Bosch appliances. Banquette seating at the dining table provides ample space to gather indoors for meals with additional couch seating adjacent to the dining area next to the cozy gas fireplace.
The kitchen and dining area create a seamless indoor/outdoor living space that opens to an outdoor living room with separate dining area on your very own private beach. Upstairs, a large living room with dual seating areas and panoramic windows opens to an outdoor balcony with prime whitewater views and refreshing breezes. The icing on the cake is the enormous rooftop deck with a Mediterranean garden, perfect for a tranquil relaxation spot or for casual entertainment.
Two of the four bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms, with two bedrooms on each level of the home. The unique charm of this home has been preserved in some of the bathrooms, with pristinely maintained 1950s-era vintage tile. Teak, shiplap, and plank flooring compliments the home’s refined style and seaside setting.
The primary suite, located on the second level, with plush king bed is the perfect private retreat, complete with reading nook fully stocked with a library of titles to enjoy. The large en-suite bathroom with double vanity includes a frameless glass enclosed tub-shower. The secondary bedrooms include the following sleeping arrangements: queen bed with en-suite bathroom on the ground level, two twin beds with access to hallway bathroom on the ground level, and queen bed with access to hallway bathroom on the second level. Each bedroom and bathroom are fully stocked with hotel quality bed linens, pillows, and towels for ultimate comfort.
During your stay, enjoy all that Dana Point has to offer with outstanding restaurants, shopping, parks, numerous beaches, miles of hiking and walking trails, SoCal surf culture, and the vibrant Dana Point Harbor and San Clemente Pier Bowl.
**Please note we have a VERY strict no pet policy. No pets permitted on or about the property at any time. Please do not inquire if you are bringing an animal. No exceptions will be made. We appreciate your understanding.**

**Additional Cleaning Fee: An additional cleaning fee of $450 will be charged to Guest for excess sand brought into the house. Guests are asked to wash their feet and feet of children before entry into the home. Sand found on furniture or in beds will result in the additional $450 cleaning fee. White towels and linens are not to be used to remove make-up or for cleaning greasy, bloody or dirty objects. A $20/towel and $50/sheet cleaning fee will be assessed for damage to towels and linens.**

Additional Information: Potential construction may take place during guest stays due to the beach stair/seawall repair. The work is tide-dependent and is expected to be completed by the end of July 2026. For safety, beach access is limited to the sand area only. Guests may not access, climb, or cross the seawall to reach the beach or ocean, as the area may be unstable and could cause injury.
By staying at the property, the Guest and their party voluntarily assume all risks related to beach or ocean access and agree to release, waive, and hold harmless the Homeowner, Property Manager, and their representatives from any claims, damages, or injuries that may occur on or around the property.
