There are residents with families living in the other units beside and above.This is a residential area across from a community park and near a school. Lots of family activity in the neighborhood. "We were initially worried about the location on the main road in San Clemente but it was actually quite quiet at night and with the bedroom window closed we didn’t hear anything. The benefit was that it was so nice to walk out onto the street and have everything within a short walk- coffee, shops and restaurants. The unit is well stocked with towels and kitchen essentials. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Fabulous location. Close to some great bars and eateries. Place was clean and well stocked kitchen and bathroom. View was incredible from the apartment and the shared patio. We used the BBQ which was clean but needs some maintenance for good cooking. Photos made it look bigger than it is, especially with our two adult children it was pretty tight and only three stools for the table but sleeps four. Easy parking and good communication. Would definitely stay again if just for two of us."

"Check in was efficient and speedy. The only thing I was very surprised that when we returned to our room after all am day outing that the policy is they do not even clean the room not just not change the linens but did not even come in to leave clean towels. That was a total surprise. But you I would recommend this Best Western if you are ok with that. The policy is for a two night stay."
