- 1 bedroom: double bed (140*190), with a large wardrobe.
- 1 bathroom: large shower, sink and toilet.
UPSTAIRS:
-1 large cathedral bedroom with double bed (140*190) and cot, with a nice view of the sea.
- 1 large bedroom with double bed (140*190).
- 1 small bedroom with two bunk beds (90*190) ideal for children.
- 1 bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
THE GARAGE has been fitted out with large storage space, and equipped for the return of fishing (sink, oven, fridge...)

THE EQUIPMENT:
4-burner induction hob, oven, microwave, large fridge, fridge with freezer available in addition to the garage, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, hand blender, washing machine, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, etc...

All the equipment is new.
FOR BABY: Crib with mattress and toddler co-sleeping bed, high chair, stair gate and small childcare equipment (potty, bathtub, bottle warmer)

THE ACTIVITIES: directly on foot, Govet beach, hiking on the coastal path, fishing on foot in the rocks and sandbanks (oysters, clams, razor clams and shrimps await you...!), access to the Port of Pénerf: quality restaurants and creperie, oyster farmers.
By bike, access by cycle path to DAMGAN, a tourist village with its magnificent beach, shops and restaurants, market, shops... Sailing school, cinema, children's playground...

RENTAL CONDITIONS:
- For each bed: pillows with pillow protectors, mattress and duvet protection. Sheets are provided and beds are made.
- Kitchen towels and hand towels are provided.
- Towels can be provided on request.
- This house is strictly non-smoking.
- Pets not allowed (allergy).
- Utilities included: water, electricity.

The following will be requested:
- cleaning fee 120 euros.
- contribution for heating in the off-season (by meter reading), 75-100 E per week.
- tourist tax for the community of municipalities. (0.8 euros per night per adult)
- a security deposit of 800 euros in cheque on arrival.
