"Location was excellent for Highland Festival activities. Lil Blue had everything we needed. Hosts made check in/check out process easy and were quick to respond to questions. We enjoyed use of the porch and loved walking to coffee shop. "

I especially liked that it was pet friendly. Easy to get to west Jefferson, Lansing, Grayson Highlands State Park & more. Would stay again! "

"We thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quite the cottage had to offer. The porches surround three sides of the building nestled in the woods/mountains of TN. The personal touches and amenities offered by Diana and Mark made us feel at home and afforded us the rest and relaxation we desired. "We had a great time at the cottage! Before check-in we went out kayaking from Riverside Canoe and check-in was smooth, the cottage smelled fresh and was nice and cool on a hot summer day.We enjoyed the hot tub and hanging out on the front porch in the rocking chairs, an all around super relaxing visit. It is tiny but the layout is great, we had 3 adults and a large dog and didn't feel cramped at all."

"Very nice!! Thanks for the snacks, and that is the cutest microwave/coffe pot/toaster combo ever! ONLY comment(NOT a complaint), may consider storing a thin mattress pad in the closet for the foldout couch. Needs just a little more cushion."

"The property was just what we needed for a long weekend with our family. Location was close to fun activities, shopping and food. I would recommend updating outside pictures of the property. The bushes were overtaking the access to the creek. I would recommend telling people to bring their own outdoor chairs to use at the fire pit. "

"It is a nice place to stay for convenience. Easy to get to and within driving distance of many places in Bristol. The area it is in may be a little run down but I felt safe. "
