"From entering the cabin, to the time we left, we were met with a warm cozy spirit. The place was clean and smelt pleasant, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The outside area was enough space to have a small fire and roast marshmallows. A great place if you are ever around marion! "

"Absolutely PERFECT for what we needed. Close to Grayson Highlands where we hiked for a couple of days. Loved the tub too. We both used it after hiking on the Appalachian trail. We will definitely stay here again."

"Would definitely recommend. The Midge is a super cute cabin. It was very clean and the fire pit was a definite plus. With the porch lights off you can see a gazillion stars. No views like that in the city. The walking trails are great and go right by the river and its always fun to ride up to the dam where it feels like you're on top of the world. May stay here again on my next visit home."

"The view of the mountains was beautiful! We really enjoyed staying in this cabin and being so close to Grayson Highlands State Park. Ashley was great as a host. We were surprised that the bottom floor was a completely different entrance from the main floor, but luckily my kids are old enough that it was fine. The details of the cabin were really nice. Overall a wonderful experience!"

"We love this place. One can't find a better place to fish, that's for sure. And so much shore to walk. Amazing! The cabin's wrap-around deck offers an outstanding view of the river and it is so peaceful. After a fun day of fishing off the shore or in the river, your clean, comfortable cabin is the perfect ending for a perfect day.Paula, your host, is fantastic at communication and quick to reply. You don't find that all VRBO's. We will definately be back."
