Everything was in good condition and clean. Had a great stay. Neighbors behind were pretty loud until 1-2am but that is not on this rental owner.

Weekend stay

Nice home,Lots of gentrification in the neighborhood, but safety features in place. The cleanliness looked like someone stayed in the home immediately before our check in, there was some kind of animal stuck in the wall of the second room making my family uncomfortable so we couldn’t use it, lastly there was a foul odor coming from the wash room that was very smelly starting on the second day of our stay despite no one using it but we notified the property manager other than that overall a good stay

Neighbor Celebration Only Issue

The property was great and facilitated our activities in the area (2 couples who make a "Christmas Weekend" in a nearby city). The neighborhood is definitely in transition, so pay attention to other reviews that provide details. The location was superior for our plans and we didn't spend much time "hanging out" in the neighborhood, so it was not an issue for us. The only issue we had was the EXTREMELY close proximity of the neighbors and their EXTREMELY LOUD and LONG celebration our first night. We did contact the owner who was nice enough to contact the neighbors--who explained that it was a birthday celebration. There were no issues on the remaining nights, so overall, great accommodations in a great location (for our planned activities) and an owner willing to make a call. Can't ask for much more than that.

The home itself was nice on the inside, however when we arrived the neighborhood was very uncomfortable. I came with my family including twotoddlers. As a woman i would not feel comfortable staying at this home with them alone. On the third night around 11:00pm we heard gun shots, the get away car raced right in front of the house and the another round went off. Immediately i called 911 and the host. The house offered another house in a family friendly neighborhood for the next day

Not bad but be sure you understand transitional neighborhoods.

Newer house. Lots of road noise, loud barking dogs throughout the night. Neighbors will loud music and excess noise into late night and loud squeaky fence from neighbor early in the morning while leaving. I would not recommend if you are a light sleeper. Quite a few dead roaches found in the house when we arrived. Looks like it had been vacant for some time with slight evidence of trash.

Cozy Comfort

We stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed it very much. The property was gated and comfortable, the host provided everything we needed for condiments and laundry supplies. Everything worked as it should, showers were hot. The only item that was annoying was the neighbors were very noisy in the evening.

Birthday Staycation

My stay was exceptional! I needed a place to house relatives that were in town for my birthday so this basically became a three day adult slumber party. The neighborhood was mostly quiet, it just felt like I was at home. The home is located just west of downtown Dallas so it is very easy to get to the hotspots! There were enough dishes and other kitchen items there that we were able to cook breakfast every day and on one night we did a fish fry. I especially love that I was able to close the gate at night as an added Security Measure! The owner gives the option of using the home security system as well. I will absolutely stay here again!

Home away from home!

Our family came to Dallas for a 5 night stay at the epilepsy monitoring unit at UT Southwestern with our daughter. However, since we also have a son who could not stay the night at the hospital my husband and I had to shuffle him back and forth each night. The proximity of this home to the hospital and the hospitality of Mesh was incredible. We had everything we needed including awesome spa showers to take at the end of each day. It was our home away from home.

Great Stay Lovely Host

Our host Mesh was very kind and communicative, plus answered any questions that I had in a very fast manner. The house was very nice, very home feeling & location was also very convenient and close to the city.
