We were a large family group together for the weekend to celebrate my son’s college graduation. The property beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. The property manager was easy to communicate with and very reasonable. We had a wonderful experience!

Blake's place in east Dallas is the best. Tons of space, clean linens and comfortable beds, and super stylish decor makes for the perfect family rental location. Blake is wonderfully communicative, the house rules are clear and reasonable, and the house is in a great part of town. Thanks!

This is beautiful home lots of bedrooms and bathrooms! Very nice outdoor space with a pool and jacuzzi! We enjoyed the jacuzzi! Lots of smart TVs throughout the house- a huge plus! We liked that this home is located in a cul de sac with plenty of parking (it was just 3 of us so only needed one spot). Even though this home was/is a bit pricey for only 3 people we will definitely stay here again when in the Dallas area! The master bedroom is huge; it has a shower and toilet (water closet) and another area with a bowl tub and another WC! Great place to stay for sure! Our host was wonderful with answering questions for us !

We brought 4 generations of family from Kansas City to experience Dallas and celebrate 21st birthday. The house was great. Lots of room and was a fabulous choice.

Blake responds well during your stay. The house is beautiful and flows well. The location was ideal for us. The only concern I have are the stairs throughout the home not being marked for caution. So if you are traveling with children or elders please beware.

The property was nice and spacious for our group of 10. Plenty of places to sit and relax. Bed configuration was great. Pool table was a big plus. On the downside, it is older than it appears in the pictures. Definitely needs attention in some areas. Some of the beds are very creaky and ceiling air ducts need a serious cleaning.

This is a great house nicely located and very roomy. It’s got great gathering places and well suited our group of 5 adults. The Viking range was a nice asset for cooking Thanksgiving dinner. We used the outdoor gas grill to cook our turkey, and then roasted a prime rib on it the next day. Town Creek is a nice neighborhood. We took advantage of close proximity to the trail along the creek off of Arbor Park Dr for some very nice walks/hikes. The host was responsive and helpful. Given all that was included, this was a great value.

Upon entering this house my father sent me a text saying, "This place is amazing! It's going to take us days to explore it!" That sums it up. 14 of us had plenty of places for gathering and privacy. It is also in the perfect location. Highly recommend!!!

This property is amazing! So much to do! So spacious! We spent hours in the large pool & hot tub and playing ping pong & pool. We had 4 older teens in our group and they were never bored and that's saying alot! The whole house and kitchen had everything you could possibly need & more. Huge kitchen with 2 ovens & extra burners was great for preparing our meals! We enjoyed the 2 large screen TV's in the large living area. Adults watched movies & news on one, while teens were gaming on the other, but we were all together! The communication with Blake was the best! Quickly answered any question and wanted to be sure we were having a great stay! Highly recommend & would return!

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO! The property was beautifully decorated, and offered all the amenities we needed for a comfortable visit. The host was incredibly welcoming, the Location was perfect, close to major attractions yet peaceful and quiet. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful family getaway.

Ok, the place was big, however, very outdated. We felt like we walked into the 80s (Scarface ere to be exact). The rooms were ok; the patio was a great size and big pool, however, it was dirty (tons of tree debris). We had to call to get assistance with turning on the TV inside the house and the pool in the patio did not work. Very strict rules: we were not allowed to have guests over who were not approved to stay at the house and we could only have 3 cars in the cul-de-sac. Anyways, the place worked for the few days were we there for a wedding.

Beautiful home. Owners were very attentive and took care if any questions. Helped me figure out how to work the hot tub AND allowed me to park my rental car in the garage due to an incoming storm. Simply amazing. I can not recommend enough.

We had the best time at this beautiful home! Pool, hot tub, kitchen, living spaces were all perfect for hosting a large group!! Property manager was so quick to respond and answer any questions. She even came to the house within 10 mins after we told her we couldn’t figure out how to heat the pool. Ample towels and toiletries provided! Would stay here again.

Great bedrooms and bathrooms and common areas. Perfect to have the pool and hot tub and the pool table for group hang-out. The only caution is that there are stairs and step up/down that need paying attention, especially for elderly family members.

Great check in process. The house has a nice floor plan and is in a great neighborhood. The rooms are thoughtfully set up. We found it spacious and comfortable. The house could use some simple maintenance, like cleaning air filters and return vents, changing water filters, replacing broken light fixtures, providing proper cookware, and ant control around the spa. The pool is extra to heat, in case you missed that small print info like I did. Which is weird, cos either the hot tub heats or the pool does, but not at the same time. And I think the spa comes ‘with’ the price. Lawn guys come at 8 am sharp on Tuesdays and the pool guys are on Wednesdays. Nice coffee bar set up in Butler’s Pantry. And nice bar area off sunken living room. We had a good time here.

My line sisters and I rented this property to celebrate 22years in Delta Sigma Theta and it did not disappoint!!!! From the moment we entered the property, were impressed with place—from the beautiful furnishings, the pool, the spaciousness, the game room, etc. We did not have to leave the property and were able to enjoy each other and our retreat!!! If you are able to book this property, you won’t regret it!!!
