Small but enough for short weekend stay

A bit smaller than expected but does the job if you’re in town for a weekend trip. Building is full of other vacation rentals so mostly other people also there for the weekend. Check-in/check out very easy. Host not very communicative. Thin walls in the building so you can hear other residents walking around, but again it’s perfectly fine if you don’t plan to spend much time in the apartment itself

Bad neighborhood

We were getting out of our car and had to walk past Two men arguing and one pulled a gun. My daughter and i were very scared and called VRBO who told us to contact the host. She said it was out of their control, we left in the middle of the night to s hotel. We also called police who came to the scene. Lots of yelling. No refund was provided.

Small but adequate

Apartment is very small but it served our needs for 1 night. I am glad we did not stay longer since it is so small. But it was clean and quiet. The bed was small (we are used to a king) but it was comfy enough and there were enough blankets. The one thing i really did not like was the couch location and the tv. You would have to sit sideways or turn your head to see the tv. For that reason it just did not feel as "cozy" as i would have liked.

Great stay just a couple of issues

I sure did loved how decorated the place was like! Only issue was that it was so noisy from the upstairs room in which everytime someone was walking you can hear them, I was thinking someone was at the house which was kind of a bother but it’s a appartment issue not the host fault, overall it was a great stay!

Weekend Getaway

Our stay was good. Didn't get the gate code or how to check-in until day of arrival, which was a bit stressful. The bathroom tile and around fan could be clean of slight mold. The floor is very wobbly and uneven. Just glad we were on the ground floor. Decorations were nice and a cute apartment. Good price for what you get.

We booked this property because it was a suite and close to our event. The amenities listed a “sofa bed”, which was desirable, but the sofa did not pull out into a bed and it was hard and uncomfortable. Neighbors above were loud and up all night walking around and talking and we could hear every footstep creaking on the floor above us. We didn’t get much sleep!

Everything went great regarding my first experiences rented a place to stay . Communication was on point from day 1 and the check in process was very easy. Instructions were very clear and thorough. We were a bit hesitant considering the area but the apt was very nice , cute and accommodating:)

Wonderful communication with the property owner! She is super helpful and quick to respond to questions. The apartment was so clean! The whole property was just very nice and felt homey and secure! Beautiful pool although it was way to cold to use it! 10/10 would definitely stay here again!

Nice little apartment

This apartment worked out great for my family. The check in process was easy. Everything was comfortable and convenient. I love that it has a small washer and dryer. The location was very close to downtown Dallas. My kids loved the 3.5ft pool. It was perfect for my 7yr olds who are still working on their swimming skills. The kitchen is very small with little storage space but we ate out the majority of the time so it wasn’t an issue.

This place was a little rough looking on the outside, however, the inside was great and it was perfect for my boyfriend and I. It is a ten minute drive to everything and we had such a fun time.
