Christmas 2025! My daughters and I had a lovely holiday getaway here at Stan's place. Every single need was meet with one of the most well appointed kitchens I've enjoyed in a rental - holiday decor in every room & outside! The property is beautiful and well maintained with comfort emphasized. Thank you so very much Stan we'll be back and will recommend to our friends!

This is a beautiful, comfortable and well designed home. The beds are comfy, the area is quiet and we felt safe and at home here. Stan made our stay even better by his friendly and helpful communication. The property is gated including the parking areas, which is a big plus when staying within the city. The area is super nice, but there are homeless/transient people (mostly after dark). The home is also super close to tons of fun shops and restaurants. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Stayed here for our annual best friends trip and it was perfect. Communication with property manager was so good and so easy. He was very responsive, not that we had a ton to reach out to him about because everything was so great! The house was super clean. It has everything you need, down to a variety of different sweeteners for your morning coffee! The rooms were cozy and clean, beds comfortable. We sat and chatted the nights away with our favorite tunes playing in the house speakers.The location was perfect. Close to everything we wanted to do and see (and eat! Haha!) our only comments which kept us from giving all 5 stars is we were not expecting to hear the airplanes so clearly from the airport nearby. It wasn’t bad because we were out all day so the only time we noticed was in the evening. Also, there were a few unhoused people walking through the back alley where the driveway entrance is. They minded their business and we never felt threatened but their presence was noticed.Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!!

We had a great time on our stay in this cute home. The location was great...the owner was so easy to rent from. He was communicative, responsive and so nice! The amenities in the home were all so great....down to the well-stocked coffee station! Our only couple issues were that the noise from the nearby airport was more than we expected. And this is a downstairs unit, when there are people upstairs, you can hear them walking around. Other than that, our stay was GREAT! Would definitely stay here again!

The location of this home was great for visiting our son who lives on Turtle Creek. Fenced in and gated front and back entrances were very nice(even though security didn’t seem to be an issue). This home is very well appointed, clean and comfortable. My husband especially loved the little coffee/tea cafe area off the kitchen where he could drink coffee and read news before everyone got up. We will definitely be staying here again.

The Stay at SoCozyBlue is a beautiful home and outdoor space. Stan, the host, was super helpful, friendly and easy to reach. The area has many restaurants and shops close by. You do have to be aware of your surroundings due to many homeless, but the property (including parking) is very secure - we were in town for State Fair and the location of this home was super convenient.

A nicely-restored duplex in Uptown that has it all - it's your “Home away from Home”! This modern duplex is perfectly positioned in Dallas, Texas in a prestigious enclave called Uptown. It’s situated close to lots of restaurants on Lemmon Ave. and Oaklawn. This one-level duplex is near the Park Cities and Downtown Dallas, and it's less than 10 minutes from LOVE Field Airport. This duplex is your “home away from home” - and it has anything you could ever need. The owner Stan has thought of everything: 4 kinds of coffee makers with the fixings, front and back fenced yards, covered parking, lots of kitchen supplies, a makeup station, electronic curtains, lots of spare blankets, pillows, and lots more. It’s decorated in a modern style that feels positive with blue and bright colors. One other feature that works well for us - is that the homeowner allows dogs. We have two dogs that we take everywhere with us. They like the front and backyards which are fenced and safe for them. Our dogs Teddy and Bash enjoy the nearby European-style park called - Turtle Creek Park, in Uptown. This was our 3 time staying in this VRBO home - because it's nicely maintained and so convenient, clean, and has everything you will need - it does feel like HOME! The Swick Family - Steve, Dawn & beloved dogs Bash and Teddy.

Cozy for sure!

My husband and I spent a long weekend at So Cozy. The house is even PRETTIER in person. The location is better than we thought it would be and the home was more spacious and luxurious than I expected! Fabulous Character...Great Comfort!

If you love old houses this is the place for you! The hardwood floors, the woodwork, the black & white kitchen floor, it was all stunning. The bed was amazingly comfortable and I spent a ton of time in the cozy sunroom!! I was very impressed with the cleanliness too!The owners were great to communicate with. I highly recommend this location!

Absolutely Loved Our Stay!

What an adorable unit! My friends and I stayed here this weekend for a race. It is a must stay! The decor was so cheerful and inviting, all set up beautifully for Christmas! The unit itself was wonderful, very comfortable and had all the things we needed for our weekend. Stan, our host, was so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. He really paid attention to the details of the unit. Thank you for everything! Will definitely save this place for any future trips to the Dallas area! On a funny side note, ourselves and the guests of the other 2 units on site all happened to be in town for the same event. Thought that was a neat coincidence. 😁

Beautiful Home

My son and I stayed for a few days for a long weekend getaway and this home was absolutely perfect! The house was near a grocery store and all the activities we came to Dallas to see as well as in a great neighborhood. Immaculate home, beautifully furnished, comfortable beds and so spacious. The host is very responsive. Although, everything was so well stocked we didn't need to contact them other than to ask if we could drop off luggage early. I highly recommend this home and will definitely be back and hope to stay here again.
