Host was very helpful and attentive. We stayed new year's eve we arrived just after 6 pm. We noticed the side yard where there was an outdoor play area even with the 1 light on it was too dark to use. We came in through the back where the pool and spa were located, this area was also very dark the lights that turn on were very weak we need a flashlight so not to trip and fall in the pool. I spoke to the owner and he said he'd turn on the spa light pool light but we were away and it wasn't til the next night that we had to call and let him they weren't working. The next day the lights were fixed and the pool clean but it was still too dark to real enjoy the outside. There was an extra change for more then 8 people and I didn't notice that until we had already decided to rent. The sofa beds need some attention. There were uninvited pest in the master bath. There also a High-school across the street but the school was close for the holidays, thankfully. Over all we enjoyed our stay
