The open living room and kitchen is a great space. We a bit an issue with the number locks on each of the bedrooms. The dishwasher was not working so we purchased disposable ware.

Stay in McKinney

Overall the stay was inviting. It was about a mile away from the interstate which was convenient for us as we were there for a wedding. There are some rules not outlined in the agreement before paying that would have been nice to know ahead of securing the booking. The host were attentive and responsive! We appreciated them being accommodating and making sure we enjoyed our stay!

Fun family reunion in McKinney

We had a great stay in this comfortable house. The owners were quick to communicate, & welcoming. The location was convenient for restaurants, shopping & activities in McKinney. It is relaxing to drive to the peaceful green belt along the creek & enjoy the quiet, older neighborhood setting. It is very clean & attractively decorated & the open floorplan is good for family time together. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our large group. The pool table and dart board were enjoyable. We had most everything we needed for cooking. The large kitchen island & long dining table are perfect for a group. The yard was pleasant- with seating areas & huge trees.It was so nice to have the use of the two garages for our cars. Thanks for the hospitality. We hope to return soon and often.

Not worth my time or money again!

There was so much that was wrong. First, why were there codes to get into the downstairs bedrooms? My elderly parents were always getting locked out. I called the property owner, Apple, and never received a call back or text. Second, there were no comfortable chairs to sit in and relax. My parents had to sit in the wicker chairs around the dining table the entire time. Third, the downstairs bathroom was so small that anyone of size couldn’t even close the door. Fourth, bring your own toilet paper and xtra wash clothes. Fifth, one of the main reasons we chose this property was for the pool table. We had to prop it with a deck of cards because it was not level. You don’t have to worry about that because there is only one pool stick with a tip. Needless to say we never played pool. The property was located in the hood. We made the most of it because we enjoyed seeing each other, but I will never ever rent this place again.

Thanksgiving away

The property was great. Recently remodeled inside. Huge house. We had 6 adults and 3 kids ages 3,4, and 5. One small dog. Had lots of room. The upstairs play room with a Tee Pee for the kids was great. They were in heaven. Kitchen was big, very open. McKinney downtown becomes a carnival and we spent the day after Thanksgiving there for the kids. We will definitely try to stay on this property in the future.

Family Wedding

Such a great home that accommodated my immediate family as well as extended family and 2 dogs while we were in town for my nieces wedding in Van Alstyn. The owner is very friendly and even when we had a minor issue of a low battery on a locked door, they were quick to remedy the problem. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home if you ever need to stay in McKinney, Tx!

Above and Beyond

Our stay was fantastic! The way the rooms were laid out fit our extended family perfectly. We comfortably slept 12 people. The house is outfitted with a high chair and other conveniences for my toddler nephew. The tweens LOVED the black room with lasers. Adults were all comfortable with great mattresses. We cooked a LOT. The kitchen is well equipped and when we mentioned that it'd be better with a few more items the host dropped them off the same day. Fantastic stay, fantastic property, fantastic host.
