Best Motel 6 I have stayed at. Nice room with newer-looking furnishings. Nice staff. A basic budget motel, but a very good one.

Room had an unbearable foul smell, and cockroaches all over the place that completely dominated the room when the lights went out. You'd be better off finding someplace else. The neighbors were fighting until after 4am, and strangers were all around the hotel after dark!

I stayed at this place and I was late on my truck payment. my vehicle was repossessed here and I'm not from the state, if your car has a repossession notice on it be careful out here in Texas especially at this hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful did see roaches in the room.

Room was not very nice. Bathroom was trashy. Cigarette burns on the shower tub. Room didn't smell good. I think the room next to mine had someone living in it. Not staying for a few days, but living like a residence. You could smell the room next door when you walked out of the room I was in. Could hear dogs barking from other rooms. very outdated room. The front desk staff was very friendly tho. Room was cheep per night on a weekend. I've stayed in other motel 6's before and they were way more nice, so I was expecting better quality.

Peaceful little stay <3
This is definitely one of the cleaner places I have stayed in recently. I don't know if it is because they don't have carpet so there aren't as many places for creatures to hide but everything about this stay was peaceful and serene really.

No open lobby! I had to stand outside in the heat and wait to be registered. Couldn’t hear anything over the traffic. Lots of unsavory characters hanging around and lots of late night noise.

There wasn't anything I can say good about this property. Nothing like the pictures show. The Cockroaches were horrible. Many lights in the room didn't work. Awful Place

This was my Google review: I always try and say A for effort but ...We decided to get a room (1am) bc we just left six flags and we wanted to stay for the state fair Sunday. We live 2 hours away so we figured we're only 20 minutes from the fair we'll stay close by. Everything is booked but Expedia found this motel 6 showing way much better reviews so I paid, over $200 including Expedia's fees and insurance. It has been the worst experience of my life so far... The room was supposed to be non-smoking and the first thing that hits you is smoke as in like somebody just smoked in here. Specially the bathroom and towels. Duvet also seemed dingy perhaps, ripped a bit, but linen seemed clean and crisp, All white which was the only good thing...and running water. Floor was sticky...we literally slept w all our clothes on and shoes. Didn't even use the toilet. There are burn marks all over the tub and the towels were dirty. There were dead crickets behind the door and a couple of flies that would not die. On the way to our room we encountered a lady with a bloody nose who seem to be ui of something, neighbors that did not stop all night and all morning they were singing slamming doors revving cars playing music really loud smoking and entertaining right outside our door... And the wifi didn't work. We left as soon as we could early that morning. I was so pissed. None of us got any sleep and I could not even talk to the manager bc he wasn't there.

I made my reservation the day of and drove from 5.5 hours away. When I got there, I was told that the room is unavailable. No one contacted me to let me know prior to me arriving. Ridiculous.
