This location was prefect for my stay while visiting my son at SMU. I highly recommend this property. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

In town for a family reunion, it was great to have a home away from home to relax between events. Even better was a full kitchen so we were able to make our breakfasts before heading out for the day. It was very clean, comfortable. Actual real pillows instead of those squares you get in hotels these days. So much better than a hotel all weekend, especially with 4 in our party.

This garage apartment was very cozy and pleasant. The neighborhood is great and mostly quiet. The apartment is accessed from the alley and parking a Subaru Outback took backing into the spot with a multipoint turn. But the location is great considering the price of the unit. In fact, factoring in the price, this place is a great value.

Quick Dallas Getaway

Family took a quick trip to Dallas and found this listing. It was everything we needed and the host was very hospitable. Would highly recommend.

Cute apartment

Apartment is over the carport area of home, but is a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. Two comfortable beds and nice bath and decor. Plenty of extra street parking if needed. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!!

Updated comfortable 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment with full kitchen, dining and conversation/TV areas - up a flight of stairs with parking space underneath. Great evening retreat after a full day of conference activities.

Comfy Cozy!

I would consider this a hidden gem. This location is quiet, cozy and very close to the airport. Cleanliness was definitely a 10/10. The beds are so comfortable. The only thing I would change is theirs is only one TV available to watch but other than that I would definitely chose to stay here again.

Newly renovated property in great location and well furnished. Property manager was very responsive. Will recommend property for families with 2 older kids as each kid had their own bed. Property was clean and comfortable.

Great stay in a great area!

Had everything we needed in a safe area. The hosts were responsive and helpful. Definitely pretty hot during the summer, not sure if the AC was getting run down or if the Texas heat was just too much. Either way, we really enjoyed our stay and recommend it to those visiting for any period of time.

Needs some work

It is a really cute place and great location. We could not get the AC to keep the place below 83 in the afternoon. There was no ice maker or ice cube trays. The washer and dryer are in a room below the apartment. The entrance is from a VERY narrow alley, and parking is REALLY, REALLY tight. The unit is in the back of a rental house, and it is a little sketchy. There are no exterior pictures for a reason.

Great location!

The apartment is nice and well appointed. It is walking distance to restaurants on lower Greenville and centrally located for all of the sites of Dallas. Previous renters have mentioned that the apartment is built over a carport resulting in two oddities. 1) The assigned parking is under the unit and a getting a big SUV navigated into the spot might be a challenge. 2) The unit is basically on stilts and as a previous reviewer mentioned, you can feel the unit move. It is most noticable if you are in bed reading and someone is walking around the unit. Neither of these are deal breakers, just quirks to be aware of.

My stay experience at Lower Greenville Dallas TX

This location is very convenient for everything (food, shopping and etc. We were gone everyday out sight seeing and etc. Basically, we needed a place to sleep but close to the downtown area. The neighborhood is quite. The house is exactly like the pictures. This area is a safe neighborhood. There is a park close for the children but I did not utilize that. The minor thing that happened was when we arrived their were no lights. It was corrected quickly the owner responded quickly plus the maintenance guy was on the property trying to help anyway he could (He was very friendly plus you can tell he is very humble.) If your traveling in a large SUV (Tahoe or Suburban) you will have to park in a different area because the parking slot by the door entrance is narrow and suitable for a compact car.

As advertised, good location, one important note

The place looks like it’s built over a carport. No problem there. What is a problem is that it looks like it is not a properly built structure. The entire building rocks when a person moves inside. The support beams are not clearly not on footers and the whole place leans a little. At least one of the beams is fallen. I hesitated to write this as I was willing to take a chance, but my conscious says I need to report that if I owned that place, I’d get an engineer out to tell me how to properly support the building.
