Family Weekend

Nice house and bedrooms for all of us. Wonderful outdoor areas and pool with exceptional touches including water toys, towels and lots of seating for many people. We were able to have our extended families together for a great weekend!

Great stay! Host went above and beyond

This is a great property for families! Kids loved the pool and play area. Please note* there is an extra charge to heat the pool. I did not see this when I booked (my fault) and was initially upset. Host was very gracious about this though! You'll be amazed by the fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms - from snacks to laundry soap, to trash bags - this property didn't skimp on items! It made this a really stress free stay as so much of what we needed was already there! Thank you!

Fantastic place to stay!

This place is fantastic! Our family of 5 adults had a great time. Pool and hot tub gave us a great place to relax. This place has every toiletry that you could need - more than any other place weve stayed. High quality towels and blankets just added more comfort to our stay. We would definitely stay again - they thought of everything.

Fall Break Getaway

The house was stocked with everything. The spacious house allowed us to all have space to ourselves when needed. It was a nice and safe neighborhood and close walking distance to a park. The house was close driving proximity to many things. A short drive to downtown Dallas and day trip to Fort Worth.

Fabulous Family Home

We had a wonderful stay with 4 generations at Paula's home in Richardson. House was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The pool was a huge plus for afternoon and evening swimming and we spent quite a few hours around the dining room table playing cards. Great living space to hang out in and comfortable beds. Will definitely stay here again.

Excellent Experience!

We were very pleased with the property from the moment we arrived. The neighborhood is peaceful, convenient, and well kept. The house itself is immaculately clean and the host thought of EVERYTHING. This is the most well equipped property we’ve ever stayed. The pantry was stocked with many essentials (spices, cooking/baking staples), the coffee station was overflowing with options- including snacks and treats, and the cabinets were full of useful kitchen items (even disposable options). The bedrooms and bathrooms were very well thought out. We had plenty of towels, bed linens, pillows, and charging areas. Although we weren’t traveling with a baby, this would have been the perfect place to! Plenty of necessities like toys, a high chair, baby bed, play yard, rocking chair, etc. Our big kids had a blast playing at the foosball table, and swimming in the incredible pool. We would highly recommend this host and home.

The property was laid out really well and true to listing. We had a great time and were able to get around to where we needed to go. The house was in a quiet area and was very peaceful. I contacted the property manager and they were on top of everything making our stay all the better!!

Extended Dallas trip

The property was well stocked with supplies you wouldn’t expect to find, or at least that’s been our past experience. Lots of dishes, cleaning supplies, paper towels, bath towels, etc… Only had 2 minor maintenance items to bring to their attention (immediate resolution was not required). Management staff was very helpful and responsive. Personal preferences- beds were very soft and took us awhile to adjust. No broom, so we couldn’t sweep the acorns from the front walk (not addressed with property management).
