The house was exactly what we needed; a clean space with plenty of room. The host are easy to connect with and addressed our lock issue quickly. The neighborhood has mostly on street parking, so having a garage and driveway was a bonus!

Cute place and seemed like safe area. Nice having driveway off road compared to lot of other homes in this area.

Host was great with communicating. Perfect location! I had parking available. Has three large rooms with plenty of space. Nice open living kitchen area, comfortable beds.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOME! It looks nothing like the pictures. It is a guest’s worst nightmare!!! Fifthly walls, bedding, floors, countertops, couches, bathroom, and infested with bugs!!! My kids feet were completely black, full of dirt and grime after walking barefoot. When I called Vbro to complain and to send 20+ pictures and videos of what we were seeing after only being in the home for 2 hours, they said that they had to give the host time to make it right. After speaking to the host myself and hearing how unprofessional and unapologetic she was, I right away knew that the home she advertised is a scam. The host refused to refund us our money and instead only offered to have the home cleaned and to have pest control go over to spray the home “again.” I was expecting a clean home prior to my arrival not during my stay. You could tell that the home had not been maintained and I did not feel comfortable staying there with my 3 small children. I asked the host numerous times to please refund us our money, but she dismissed my request and only offered to send someone to clean the home. The host is now trying to charge us an absurd amount of money, more than the rental, because she had to have pest control, the cleaner, and someone to go and test the bathtub drain. She is also charging a “trip fee” to have supplies delivered because she did not have paper towels in the home and because her cleaner took the case of bottled water that we had in the home. Such a horrific experience.

Having a driveway available was nice. Easy to contact owner.

Great experience 🙏

We had a wonderful stay! The early check-in was a lifesaver, allowing us to settle in comfortably after a long journey. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Highly recommend!

Great space!

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood! My daughter, myself and 20 month old grandson stayed for 5 days. It was a lovely place to be while we spent time w family. The furniture and space is well thought out and the bedrooms are quite large with plenty of storage. The bathroom is also quite spacious! I love the open concept in the common areas. We will be staying here again. 10 out of 10 recommended

The space was perfect for us. The surrounding neighborhood is a bit congested so the driveway and garage was a plus. My biggest concerns were the front door issues and cleanliness on the inside of the property. The refrigerator along with other areas of the house were not clean unfortunately.

The Colony

My six year old son, me, and my mom traveled from Colorado to Dallas for my son to have a really big surgery. This property was 8 minutes from the surgery center and was so close to everything. It has a garage and places to park easily. It's close to food to eat out and had plenty of space for all that we needed. We really enjoyed staying there and plan to stay there again. The property manager was so kind and always got back to us quickly. It was a great place.

great host!

the host was amazing she was very responsive and INCREDIBLY HELPFUL!!! The house was good. my family and i visit in october so it was a little chilly, the blankets were a little thin (also has very functional air/heating system, so not a huge deal) the only mirrors in the house were in the bathroom (i visited with all my sisters lol) she was soo sweet she offered to send a broom right away because we wanted to keep the place tidy. she was AMAZING with all of our request! we will be booking this home again (if she allows us) because of the location and host!

Cute colony house

Beautiful house in the colony. Three bedroom and one bathroom. Lots of space in the bathroom but the outlets did not work. There were no other mirrors in the house so getting six girls ready for the evening was difficult. Overall house was as pictured and clean. However the floors felt a little grimy.

Great home away from home! What you see is what you get! Communication was thorough and quick! Check-in and check-out was seamless. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect for all the things we had planned. Will definitely try to book again in the future. Thank you Christa!
