The home was very spacious and each family member had their own room with very comfortable beds. The home felt new and very very clean. Would definitely stay there again! The adult kids and the teenager loved the outside hot tub. Loved the privacy fence. The showers were wonderful. The upstairs showers were cold but I think we just needed to run the water for a very long time to get them warm. The driveway was tricky to turn into due to a stormwater runoff. I would suggest something be built up like a post or fence to alert the drivers that it drops off. A delivery person almost stepped into the deep ditch when delivering our food when dark. Like I said, we all loved our stay at your beautiful home and would definitely stay there again. Thank you for how attentive you were when we asked questions.

Birthday Bash

I had some concerns in the beginning as it was my first Verbo and initially I felt we almost had to jump through hoops to book it, however....it was well worth it! This stay was beyond amazing from FULLY stocked kitchen to the abundance of towels, this host does not miss a thing. Beds were comfortable and everything was spotless! The house was absolutely beautiful, pool and hot tub were clean, the hot tub did not heat to full potential was the ONE and only drawback. We will absolutely be staying again when we return.

Long stay

The property was exactly what we needed in terms of space for our extended stay in Grand Prairie. The house was clean, comfortable and had almost all of the amenities needed. The two things we had an issues with were the grill and hot tub were not in working order. Maintenance responded to issues quickly however the hot tube was temporarily fixed (was leaking) and the grill was broken our entire 3 week stay. Aside from these two issues, the house proved I us with all we needed.

family get together

This was a perfect house for my husband, myself, and our 3 adult children. We were able to meet there from around the country to celebrate our son's birthday. The neighborhood was quiet and an easy drive into the city. The beds were very comfortable. The large couch and tv allowed us to watch March Madness in comfort.

Comfy and cozy!

We were a group of 6 adult couples, had our rooms and separate bathrooms. Its a very comfy and cozy place to stay. Took advantage of the theater room to watch some football! We will definitely come back! Great communication with the host

So many amenities!

This property was perfect for our family trip to Dallas. We had family ranging in age from 14 to 76 and the home had everything everyone needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Outstanding!!

It's a large, lovely home on a very quiet street. Great for a family getaway for nearby attractions and events. We needed a relaxing weekend while our home's plumbing was being overhauled, and this was perfect. We hung out, watched movies in the theater, and went to Epic Waters Indoor Swim Park. This house has a pool, but it was too cold in February to swim outside. All the entertainment rooms (kitchen, living, theater) are large and perfect for spending time with others. The management team was wonderful. I had even left something behind, which they found before I realized I had left it. They contacted me and made it easy for me to pick it up from them.

Spacious & comfortable

The location is awesome! The host constantly checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed! Although it was too cold for the pool, the hot tub was right on time for some relaxation time! The mattresses in all bedrooms felt like sleeping on a cloud!! The theater room is spacious and comfortable for family movie night! The chef’s kitchen is the absolute selling point for creating your 5 course spread! You won’t be disappointed with this house!! Grocery shopping isn’t far away which makes for nice quick runs! Excellent home for hosting family and not feeling cramped!

Weekend Trip

The overall property was nice, in a good neighborhood. However, I do think the overall cleanliness was poor. I found small blood spots on my sheets that were dried, the shower in the hallway needed a good scrub. The tile was insanely dirty. There were several glasses we had to re wash before use. The pool was clean, the backyard was perfect, I wish there had been more outdoor fans, the layout was great for families.

Great Stay for Grandma's and Sister's Birthdays

Property was well suite for a family of 19. We enjoyed all amenities and the close proximity to our activities! Kids enjoyed the pool. Good cooking on the grill, and we maxed out the media room! Would definitely stay again!

Nice house

Very spacious home with nice finishes. The cleaning of the property could use some improvement. The kitchen counters were not very clean, dust on light fixtures, all kinds of things in the couch in the movie room (socks, cheez its, hair ties, etc.), things under couch and beds. The pool needed a lot of attention during our stay, as it was green and had murky water upon our arrival. The owner had the pool cleaners come out and addressed promptly. However, they came out multiple times during our visit. Good place to stay if you want to go to Six Flags, Rangers game or Cowboys game.
