The location of this property is great. We enjoyed the quick drive to downtown. The property itself is fine. It needs some TLC. Toilet doesn’t flush correctly. Towel racks coming out of the wall. Uncomfortable bedIt was fine for two nights, but would look elsewhere for a longer stay

The house was great. There were all the essentials: clean bed, nice shower, TV and internet. There were several small things that's stood out to us. The front door does not stay shut unless the deadbolt is locked, the towel bar in the bathroom continued to fall off its hook, and the toilet paper holder needs remounted. 4 stars for all the important items being taken care of, and the price was great. Thanks for a great stay!

Nice place to stay

I stayed here while attending a conference, so I was looking for something within range of downtown but that avoids the downtown prices. This property fits the bill perfectly. Overall, it has what you need and is very affordable. I especially appreciated the gated off-street parking. It has a very nice remodeled shower, and the kitchen has all the needed amenities. There are a couple of cosmetic issues, and with just a little bit of TLC, this property could be outstanding. If you're staying for an entertaining weekend, be advised that the location is fine, but most attractions are going to be driving distance. Again, it was a great bargain and exactly what I was looking for.

The pictures are sincere. You get what you see. It was much more private, relaxing, spacious, and cheaper than staying in a hotel. Thankful to have found it.

Good Fit

It’s just a few minutes from downtown and close to many great restaurants. The house is privately secluded behind the main house. It was perfect for me as a short term residence for business trip.

Wonderful place to stay in Dallas!

Great little place with stores and restaurants in walking distance, and a short drive to downtown Dallas. The place was very clean and cute, and we appreciated that it was stocked with toiletries and coffee pods for the Keurig. There’s plenty of appliances (including coffee pot and French Press), and plenty of places to sleep for everyone. A life saver having a washer and dryer (you may need to bring your own detergent). We had a smoke alarm chirping when we arrived due to a low battery, but Godwin drove a long distance right away to get it fixed. My one small complaint is that someone trimmed the grass next to the bedroom early one morning, but I’m sure that’s not a common occurrence, and otherwise everything was awesome. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect quiet space

Had a conference I was attending and this was the perfect place for me to relax and have some quiet, private time to myself. I enjoyed it very much. Would definitely book again and recommend others as well. Nice get away spot. I will book again!

Great place in a great location

We loved our stay here. Very clean and comfortable. It is beautifully decorated and it has all the amenities one may need. The location is great and we loved the fact that it has a private parking/front yard. Highly recommended.

Great stay

This was a great stay for us! The house had everything we needed, and was within walking distance of where we were going. It was clean, the beds and even the pull-out couch were comfortable. We had a little hiccup with our check in, but Godwin responded right away and even called back to make sure all was good.
