Looking for a quiet, comfortable spot close to everything in Dallas? This private, standalone guest cottage is tucked behind our home in an Oak Cliff neighborhood near the heart of the Bishop Arts District and just minutes from Downtown.

It’s the perfect space for a solo trip, a couple’s weekend, or a remote work stay—with thoughtful amenities, a full kitchen, and a relaxed, homey vibe.

You’ll have your own private entrance, no shared walls, and a quiet space to relax. We’re nearby if you need anything—but otherwise, the space is all yours.

Please note that the Cottage is one of three guest units at the property. You may see other renters coming and going during your stay.

• No smoking of any kind inside the unit. This includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping, and marijuana. Violation will result in a $350 additional cleaning and odor remediation fee and may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.

• No parties or events. Only registered guests are permitted on the property.

• Pet Policy:
-Maximum 1 dog, 50 lb weight limit.
-Pet must be included on the reservation; $75 per night pet fee
-Guest is responsible for immediate outdoor waste cleanup
-Dogs are not permitted on furniture or bedding
-If left alone in the unit, the dog must be crated
-Unauthorized pets or violation of these rules will result in a $250 additional cleaning fee and may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.

• Street parking only. If you use the driveway, you will get parked in.
