Walk to Hutchins BBQ, head into the McKinney Square for shops, restaurants, wine bars, breweries and events, then come back to enjoy the Solo Stove fire pit, outdoor dining, and a friendly game of cornhole under the lights in the fully fenced yard. Whether you are in town for a weekend getaway, local events like Arts in Bloom, wine walks, Oktoberfest, and holiday markets, or a North Texas trip, this is a comfortable home base close to the action without feeling hectic. The home is also conveniently located about 20 minutes from the PGA Byron Nelson at TPC Craig Ranch and roughly one hour from Dallas World Cup venues, making it a great central location for so much fun!

This renovated cottage comfortably sleeps up to six guests and was refreshed to preserve its character while adding modern updates.

High-speed 500 Mbps internet is available throughout the home, making it easy for guests working remotely or streaming during their stay.
