The house did not get under 80 during the day and did not cool off until around 10 or 11 at night. The downstairs one of the toilets did not work they advertise that they had the Jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom and the Jacuzzi tub outside neither one was functioning. The icemaker did not work so basically no nothing worked in the house. So if you ask me, it was a lot of false advertisement for the amount of money that they charged us. It was ridiculous. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau because it was very much false advertisement.

The location was perfect to visit with family that lives in Mesquite. We had lots of space to spread and enjoy time with each other. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms well stocked with towels. Home was very clean.

Great Family Gathering Space

This home was terrific for our family gathering. Huge lounging areas and kitchen space. Clean white fluffy bedding in all bedrooms. Impressive King suite on ground floor with amazing bath. Two additional modern baths with glass and tile showers. We appreciated the supplies of tp, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryers. Loved that there were full length mirrors and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Enjoyed the pool views from massive windows. Quiet neighborhood with a paved walkway to enjoy a walk on a wooded path.

The property is fantastic

Everything was perfect. The hosts are very gracious and communicate quickly. The house is beautiful, pool is clean, rooms are clean. Lots of driveway parking space. No complaints at all!

Nice home

The home met our needs... Just a few small hiccups which were taken care of by the host immediately. Relatively safe neighborhood, and close proximity to the convention center. The beds were very comfortable, the house was clean.

Needs met quickly

We were a family of 14 & needed a variety of household supplies that were lacking when we arrived.management responded immediately & provided all we asked for. We were all pleasantly surprised.needed instructions for tv etc ,but again management helped immediately.dining chairs could use felt padding on legs.they were noisy when pulled out for seating overall exactly what we needed

The property was nice. I didn’t know that the houses were so huge. I was not used to the smart television system, which posed a problem for viewing the football games. It would have also been nice if there was a television in every bedroom. Thank you

House Tempreature was Hot!

The house was amazing and big enough for a big group! We enjoyed our stay for the most part. The property manager was always quick to get back to me and was very nice. The downfall was the temp of the house it was hot!! 79 throughout the day, would drop to maybe 75 at night. So if you don’t like being hot this isn’t the house for you! Also the pool was not heated and I thought jacuzzi meant the hot tub that’s attached to the pool.. No that was not heated either.. I guess they are meaning in the master bedroom there is a Jacuzzi tub. Never got in it becuase it was to hot! Other than that is was a very good time for my family!

Nice Property & Overall Pleasant Stay

The communication with the hosts was excellent from the day we booked. At check in the property was clean and well prepared for our stay. We found everything we needed in the kitchen in order to prepare meals for our group. Beds had clean linen and towels on them, and were comfortable. The neighborhood where the rental is located is residential and quiet. Overall a nice place to rest and eat when we weren't at the Event Center in Dallas competing with our students. The biggest issue we encountered was the discrepancy between the online description and the actual layout of the rental. The online description clearly listed 14 beds, accommodating up to 18 guests. When we arrived the property only had 10 beds, and could only accommodate 14 guests if people double occupied every queen & king bed in the rental. That did not work very well for us, as we had rented this property specifically to accommodate 14 individuals with no sharing of beds. We were forced to have multiple students double up in beds, which we did not want to do. That was disappointing. The other discrepancy was in the number of bathrooms. The online description said there were four bathrooms, yet the property only had three. With 14 guests all looking to leave early every morning, the additional bathroom would have been helpful, and again another reason we selected this property. I do not know if the property has been updated and the online listing not changed to reflect this, or if the listing is intentionally misleading. The hosts were made aware of our displeasure with this, so hopefully they take action accordingly.

Very comfortable and accommodating

The house is a nice size it accommodated all of us we had no complaints. Nicely decorated. The host responded rapidly with answers to any questions. Loved it will definitely stay again

Great Experience!

Very perfect. They had everything we needed. The only suggestion I have is that they need to get a new washer and dryer because the one there is old and made a lot of noise. But other than that, everything is gorgeous. The host is also very responsive and accommodating!

Great But Needs More!

The property is beautiful & gives a modern feel to the overall experience! Enough space and rooms for a large group and activities inside! The driveway and garage hold up to 6+ cars which was a bonus. My complaints were that the pool lights never turned on nor was there a switch or any type of direction for that. The owners stopped responding after 9:30pm. Also, there was absolutely no cleaning supplies to pick up after ourselves, mind you there is a deposit of $700 that is taken and returned if everything looks fine and no damages are done! Thankfully my deposit was returned! There were bugs present at times inside the house but we didn’t mind. The owners answered the phone right away or texted you a different number to reach them before 9:30. Overall the experience here was great and definitely worth the price for the nice property!

Girls Trip

The house was good the only things I didn’t like was I wanted a Jacuzzi & the property manager told me after I told her the water was ice cold that hot water in it wasn’t working. Then the my broom and trash bags was locked up so we couldn’t sweep after we ate.

Beautiful, modern, luxurious, home!

I stayed in this home with a large group of friends for 8 days, we loved every second of it! The home is extremely modern and up-to-date. The entire house was spotless along with the outside and pool. If I had any issues or questions they were addressed promptly no matter the time of day. The owner and manager were extremely nice and accommodating to any of our requests. I had an issue with the garage door I texted them that night, it was fixed by the next morning. The decorations around the house bring it all together and make you feel at home. Thank you Leo and Haim for the most memorable eight days of my vacation!!!
