The house was comfortable and clean. I gave it a 3-star rating because the host was not willing to make any accommodation for me to reschedule due to the snowstorm. We were warned that the roads were going to be icy from the snow so understandably lot of the guests cancelled. To avoid losing all my money, I kept the booking and put myself, family and friends in danger and paid for guests that did not attend (for their safety). The host never offered any type of refund, nor did she have any solutions for the snowstorm which was something I could not control.

Christina was very accommodating to our situation. Her response time was quick and she was very kind. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was also decorated very beautifully. Neighborhood was quiet and we had easy access to all that was nearby and what we needed. Definitely recommend Christina as a host and her home as a place to stay.

The house was adequate for accommodating our family get-together. There were some issues, which were immediately communicated to the host, who handled then in a timely fashion. Check in and check out were easily facilitated.

Beautiful residence with ample space and an inviting backyard. Our family of eight greatly appreciated the comfortable accommodations, particularly the variety of sleeping options that allowed everyone to have their own space. This was especially beneficial during our family trip. During our stay, there was a brief power outage in the area; Christina responded promptly and kept us informed until power was restored. Check-in and check-out procedures were straightforward and efficient. Overall, our family would gladly choose this property for future visits.

We were looking for a place to host our annual executive board retreat that would accommodate an overnight stay for eight adults. The location, price, cleanliness, and customer service were superb! 10/10 highly recommend booking with Christina!

Wonderful stay for big extended family.

The communication was fast and easy from pre-booking until check-out. The house could use a few cosmetic repairs, but overall it was a nice house. We like to play games so the large table in the front was wonderful! Plenty of beds for everyone without feeling too cramped. Wonderful stay overall!

Great Large Rental Near Grapevine Attractions

This home was great when you need multiple sleeping areas for a large family. Host was flexible and easy to communicate with. We only stayed one night for a wedding but this was just what we needed. We didn't use it because our whole group were adults but there was a cute backyard, playscape and gameroom.

Great house!

We had a great stay at this property. A few highlights -- the swingset in the back was in perfect condition, the wifi was strong, the beds were comfortable, and the pans we used in the kitchen were good quality.

Good Place for Board Gaming

Plenty of beds, sufficient bathrooms, good kitchen, and a big gaming table separate from a kitchen table, so we could game and eat - was exactly what we wanted. And being 15 min from a DFW terminal was perfect!

Great Spot for Great Wolf Lodge, DWA, etc.

We had a pleasant experience here. The neighborhood is very family-oriented and safe. We went to a nearby park with the kids and they loved it. The house was nice, although the game room floor was super sticky from a previous guest. I ended up cleaning the floor to prevent it from spreading. Parking in the back was difficult for 2 cars. My truck had quite a hard time, so I kept it out front instead. Property Manager was fantastic and communicated quickly.
