Hot tub not heated

The only problem was i rented the house for the hot tub but it stated in the instructions at property that it wasn't heated other than that it was a great house and the neighborhood was very friendly

Nice, large house with pool

House was just as described on VRBO. Nice neighborhood with grocery stores and restaurants close by. House was well stocked. The pool wasn't heated but in the Texas summer heat, it felt very refreshing. Would recommend staying here.

Great stay!

we stayed here while playing at softball nationals. We were a group of 6 adults and 5 teenage girls. The house was the perfect set up for us and the host supplied alot of products most rentals do not include. kitchen had everything we needed....paper goods, laundry soap, shampoo/body wash, cleaning supplies!! the house was very clean when we arrived and the host was in contact with me the whole time checking to see if we needed anything. House location was awesome too....right by walmart and lots of restaurants. We will definitely stay here again if we go back to the Plano area...

Very nice house and pool in nice neighborhood. House was spacious, clean, and well stocked. Owner went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable and ensure we had everything we needed. Would definitely return when in the area again.

Family Reunion

This place was Awesome! Clifton was a great host and the home was spacious to accommodate my family. We really enjoyed the pool and would stay here again. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Dallas.

Tailgate at Cowboy Stadium and New Year Family celebration

Property was very clean, beds comfortable, inside space spacious, bathroom and kitchen amenities well stocked, neighborhood quiet, close to shopping and eating places. Host was quick to respond and address any issues. The backyard and pool area is well maintained, however the pool and hot tub is not heated. I would certainly stay here again.

Thanksgiving reunion

House was great and fit us very well. I would comment that there was no handmixer at the house so we had to buy one. Also the hot water in the master bedroom did not work. Showers had to be taken in other bathrooms which was a drawback.

Clifton was very friendly, helpful, and available for questions. The home is very clean with all the amenities as advertised. The only problem we had was hot water was sporadic and/or unavailable at times.

Our annual retreat

We had eight ladies ranging in age from 14 to 75. We are all related and had activities planned. The most popular was floating in the pool. The property was very comfortable and spacious. Our host was very helpful and responsive to our questions and needs. The kitchen was large, and satisfactory for our pizza making project.

Great stay

The listing hit the nail on the head. It is in a great location with several restaurants and shopping around. For our stay it perfectly located for the ball parks. Clifton was awesome to work with as he made sure our needs were met and went above and beyond to make sure we knew he was available if needed. The pool was icing on the cake to help cool everyone off after the long days at the ball park.

Perfect in Every Way!

Wonderful in every way! We had three small families staying together and the room sizes and arrangements were perfect to meet our needs. The three full baths and the pool were the selling point for us so each family could have their own bathroom and the kids had a place to cool off. It was over 100 degrees outside every day of our stay, but between the AC in the house and the pool outside, we were wonderfully content. The large dining room table and seating area allowed us to visit as a whole group easily. The price was a steal compared to other properties we had looked at in the area, and Clifton was a great host, quicky answering any questions we had. We definitely hope to stay here again!

Vacation Getaway

We loved staying at this property! The home is gorgeous with plenty of room for family’s. The pool is awesome in this heat and deep enough for diving and whatnot. Our host was great with communication. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Great stay

The house was very convenient to Plano, Frisco and downtown Dallas. The neighborhood is very safe and the house was clean. Owner Clifton, was very hospitable and always available. We would definitely look to stay here again!

We ended up not having everyone with us that we were expecting but my husband and I enjoyed our time relaxing around the pool. The pool is not heated as stated in the listing, but it gets a lot of sun and was perfectly comfortable. I would highly recommend this VRBO and would stay there again. The owner was easily contacted throughout our stay whenever I had a question.

Perfect home for families

My family and I very much enjoyed staying at this home for our two week TX trip. The home was very clean and accommodating for children and elderly; the pool was perfect for the days we wanted to take a break. The only thing that would’ve made the stay more enjoyable would have been a grill on the back patio, otherwise, we loved the home and will absolutely stay here again next time we’re in TX!

Great family gathering spot

Our party had 6 adult family members gathering for a short getaway. House accommodated our needs nicely with 3 bedrooms and baths. Comfortable home and centrally located to restaurants, shopping and freeways to get around area. Clifton even provided snacks upon our arrival as a welcome and much appreciated.
