0 STARS! Disgusting and disappointing! I took my family here including 2 small kids and when you took a paper towel to the floor it came up black. There were bug traps everywhere with dead bugs all over the floor. Food inside the couches and in the pack n play they provided. Broken furniture and people yelling all throughout the night outside the windows. I would think twice about staying here and wish the other reviews and booking details were not so misleading. I did reach out to the property before, during and after our stay and this was the response I received after providing them with the photos and state of the property. “Hi Kathryn, thank you again for your patience, and I truly appreciate you checking in. I wanted to share an update after following up with our team. At this time, we’re unable to offer a refund, as the apartment was reviewed and no major concerns were identified. Additionally, some of the noise experienced is related to the building and is unfortunately outside of our control as hosts.That said, we completely understand how important comfort is, and we truly appreciate your understanding. Please let us know if there’s anything else we can assist with, and we’re happy to help however we can.”
