Great Price and Location
Price was very reasonable and responsiveness of owner excellent. Bed was comfortable and living area met our needs well. A couple of hiccups that would improve the property. Several areas in the ceiling of the bedroom 2nd floor below the open-air deck had hanging paint and plaster dangling from obvious prior ceiling water leaks. The stairs from the main living area to the bedroom have no railing or hand holds creating safety hazard. One evening when gently pulling the curtains closed in the bedroom, the entire curtain and rod fixture fell to the floor. It had obviously happened previously based on condition of the walls holes previously holding the curtain rods and repaired poorly. I had to "jerry-rig" curtains to avoid lights shining into bedroom. To the credit of the owner, they were contacted next morning and it was swiftly repaired.
