Me encanto el hotel, su bartender Guillermo es súper amable, súper lindo 5 stars, el resto del personal igual muy amables. La verdad en las afueras si está un poco feo por las noches ya qué hay muchos hombless El resto todo bien. Excelente servicio

Me gusto mucho, por el precio que es esta bien, las camas son muy cómodas y el servicio muy bueno. Solo deberías dejar usar más tiempo la alberca

No le gustó: Limpieza
No me gustó que nunca hicieton ningun tipo de limpieza en la habitación. Nunca sacaron la basura y al parecer nunca chequearon si todo estaba bien en cuanto a la limpieza. Por lo demás estuvo todo muy bien. Muy buena ubicación.

Buen Hotel y buena relacion calidad-precio
El Hotel estuvo bastante bien. Cumplio con las expectativas ofrecidas. El ckeck-in fue muy rapido. En general una estancia placentera.

The WiFi signal is not good in some areas of the hotel. However, next day they offered us a change of room and the signal was good in this other room. The other thing is that due the covid situation, cleaning room is only upon request. There was a tiny sticker about this in the bathroom mirror but we didin't see it and they didn't tell us at our check in. We think they should tell about the cleaning service at the check in. Everything else was good.

This hotel was excellent for my kiddos and I. It's location is perfect and our suite was huge! The entire staff was super nice and accommodating. I can't wait come back!

This property was clean and a perfect choice for my girlfriend and I's first getaway. Parking was my only issue as the parking spaces were quite narrow.

Loved the location and affordability of the hotel. The on-the- go food options were a smart & convenient setup. The size & design/aesthetic of the rooms were incredible! A few small details of the room were mini bothers but nothing I couldn't get past. For example, the light switch setup was odd, the bathroom lights were linked to the main room lights, I could see that being a problem if 2 people are staying in a room and one needs the bathroom in the middle of the night. There was also a pipe on the ceiling over in the corner that was slowly leaking a tiny water puddle onto the carpet, but it was out of the way and not super noticeable. Overall a great place to stay, I'd seek out Aloft again.

We reserved 3 rooms for our family while in town for a wedding. Everyone enjoyed their stay. Nice lobby, nice rooms, comfortable beds. No complaints about anything. Really appreciated the snack bar when we returned to the hotel after the reception. Would recommend and definitely would stay there again.

Only thing I didn’t like was how LOUD the music was Saturday FEB 10 evening when I checked in, was like I walking into a rave, not a hotel. Was very glad I was on the 8th floor so didn’t hear it once elevator passed 3rd floor. Pity those on the 2nd floor trying to sleep.

Great Lobby Vibe with amazing amenities! Service was seamless. The room was rather interesting. First glance walking in I’m met with a huge structural pole right by the door that you can play hide and seek around. Remote to the TV was working half the time, toilet wasn’t flushing at some point but just had to hold the lever down, couple cracks and damage in the bed frame / decor around the room and some of the outlets weren’t working even with turning accessory switches on (if they were switches for the outlets). One odd part about the layout was the bathroom being behind the bedroom area, however the only way I was able to turn the bathroom lights on was to turn the switch on which is right next to the room door. Overall, I feel that it may have just been my own room and not every room may be the same. If you’re looking for a convenient, downtown city - centered hotel with a cool vibe then it’s definitely a spot to consider!
