We had many issues with this house. From the beginning, we never received any answers for the question we had about the rental before we showed up. As soon as we checked in, we received a text stating that one of the rooms was unavailable due to water damage. The whole house smelled like weed. We also could not use the garage due to the owners using it as storage. I’ve tried to contact the host multiple times and was not able to reach them. VRBO has also tried to reach out 4 times and have not been able to make contact. I’ve had to file a dispute with my bank to get my money back since we did not stay there with all of these issues.
