- You understand that your check-in instructions may be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification process.

We are happy to welcome pets at our Airbnb, subject to size limitations. No Large Breed Dogs Permitted. No exotic, vicious, or dangerous animals are allowed. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone, please let us know in advance if you will be bringing a pet. Failure to disclose a pet may result in cancellation of your reservation.

The following additional PER PET cleaning fee applies:
1 - 4 Nights: $40.00 Per Night.
5 - 29 Nights: $350 Flat Rate.
30+ Nights: $450 Flat Rate.
A photo of each pet and their vaccination records is required.
Rules:
1. Comfy and Cozy Vibes: To help keep our space clean and inviting, we kindly request that you leave your shoes at the front door.

2. Fresh Air Matters: For the comfort of all guests, we maintain a strict no-smoking policy indoors. If you need to smoke, feel free to do so outside, and please dispose of cigarette butts off the property. We appreciate your cooperation and want to remind you that there is a $500 fine for smoking inside.

3. Chill Atmosphere: We aim to provide a serene environment, so please no parties or social gatherings. If you have any special plans, just let us know, and we`ll do our best to accommodate. We appreciate honesty and transparency! Any group found to be deceitful will incur a $500 surcharge.

4. Timely Check-ins and Check-outs: To keep everything running smoothly, please adhere to our check-in and check-out times. If you need adjustments, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late check-outs without notice may incur a $50/hour penalty.

5. Guest Counts: For the comfort and safety of all guests, please declare the number of occupants accurately. An undeclared guest surcharge of $100 per night will be applied for unapproved guests.

6. Respectful Use of Space: Please be mindful not to move or rearrange furniture, ensuring that everyone can enjoy the space as intended.

7. Eco-Friendly Living: Help us conserve energy by turning off lights when not in use.

8. Extending Your Stay: If you`re having a great time and want to extend your stay, we`re happy to accommodate based on availability. Just give us a heads-up at least 48 hours before your original checkout time.

9. Noise Monitoring Device: This property is equipped with an Alertify noise monitoring device to help ensure compliance with community quiet hours and to prevent disturbances to neighbours. The device monitors noise levels only and does not record conversations or audio.

Guests are strictly prohibited from unplugging, disconnecting, tampering with, covering, or otherwise interfering with the Alertify device or any of its components. If the device is found to have been intentionally disabled or tampered with during your stay, a minimum fee of $250 USD may be charged to cover inspection, troubleshooting, and compliance-related costs.

Intentional tampering with the device is considered a violation of our House Rules and may result in the immediate termination of your reservation without refund, and you may be required to vacate the property.

10. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Excessive noise, parties, events, or disturbances to neighbours are not permitted and may result in fines or termination of the reservation without refund.

11. **Doorbell Camera & Blink Sync Module**

For the safety and security of our guests, property, and community, this property is equipped with an exterior Blink doorbell camera. The camera is located outside the unit entrance and records activity in public-facing areas only. There are no cameras inside the property.

Guests are strictly prohibited from unplugging, disconnecting, tampering with, covering, or otherwise interfering with the Blink doorbell camera, Blink Sync Module, or any related equipment. If the Blink Sync Module or camera is intentionally disabled or tampered with during your stay, a minimum fee of $250 USD may be charged to cover inspection, troubleshooting, and compliance-related costs.

Intentional tampering with the security system is considered a violation of our House Rules and may result in the immediate termination of your reservation without refund, and you may be required to vacate the property.

12. Parking Policy
Guest parking is available in the property`s parking lot. Guests may park only in the designated parking space #3. Parking in reserved, assigned, fire lane, handicap, or otherwise restricted spaces is strictly prohibited and may result in towing at the vehicle owner`s expense.

To avoid towing, all guest vehicles must be registered with management before or immediately upon arrival. Guests are required to provide the make, model, colour, and license plate number of each vehicle before check-in. Failure to provide vehicle information in a timely manner may result in the vehicle being ticketed or towed by property management.

The Host is not responsible for any fines, tickets, towing fees, damages, or other costs incurred as a result of a guest parking in an unauthorized area or failing to provide accurate vehicle information for registration.

By booking this property, guests acknowledge and agree to comply with all parking rules and regulations established by the property and community management.

13. Trash:
Guests must follow all community trash disposal rules. Trash may not be left in hallways, on the ground, beside dumpsters, or in common areas. Any fines, cleanup fees, pest-control costs, or charges resulting from improper trash disposal during your stay may be charged to the reservation. Failure to follow these rules may also result in additional cleaning fees or termination of the reservation.
