The apartment is bright and inviting, furnished in a Mediterranean style with a mix of tiled and wooden floors, wicker sofas, and wood-paneled walls. It features two separate bedrooms, a reading room, a large living room, and a dining room, both with access to the balcony. The kitchen has a serving hatch to the dining room, which also offers views of the balcony and the lake. The large balcony faces southwest and is partially covered. The bedrooms have spacious wardrobes, as does the bathroom, which offers ample space with two sinks and a walk-in shower. A wood-burning stove has been added to the living room since 2015.
