Your vacation home is on the 4th floor of the Berolina building and is suitable for up to 2 adults!
Plenty of space with 47 m² of living area:

- entryway with coat rack
- living room/bedroom with a cozy recliner, TV, and electric fireplace,
direct access to the furnished balcony,
sleeping area with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), exterior blinds
- separate room with a raised workspace (for a view of the Baltic Sea), sofa, and closet,
separable from the kitchen area by a sliding door
- fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven, etc., and dining area for 2 people
- Bathroom with bathtub and toilet

Swim in the property’s own swimming pool (15 m long, 8 m wide, and 1.20 m deep, with a separate toddler pool; use restricted to guests and owners of the Berolina), relax on the sunbed (for a fee), work up a sweat playing table tennis (rackets are provided in the apartment), test your accuracy at darts (please bring your own darts), and enjoy panoramic views of the Baltic Sea from three rooftop terraces...

Relaxation begins the moment you arrive: a short, step-free path from the parking space in the underground garage to the elevator and on to the apartment!

Important Information:
Pets are not permitted in this accommodation! Smoking is only allowed on the balcony!
The functionality of other facilities in the building that are available free of charge—such as the swimming pool, garage, table tennis room, laundry rooms, etc.—cannot be guaranteed; these are therefore outside the owner’s control and liability and do not entitle guests to any reduction or cancellation of the rental price.

Should their use not be possible during the booked period due to force majeure or technical failure, this will have no impact on the rented vacation apartment.

Additional extras:
You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement rooms in House An or in the bicycle storage room on the first floor between Houses An and B. In House D, there is a shared laundry room on each of floors 1–4, equipped with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee). The accommodation includes one parking space in the underground garage (185 cm clearance height).

IMPORTANT – Good to know: The swimming pool will be closed in 2027 from calendar week 01 through calendar week 11!
