"We had a great stay at this property. Keep in mind they don’t provide sheets for the beds so make sure you pack some! Or you can rent from a sheet service, they provide many options for businesses that rent them.This property had everything we needed and more for our stay. The sunroom was a wonderful place to have our family meals and gather, the outdoor shower is super convenient for washing off before entering the house, and the beach is only a 15 minute walk away. "BEAUTIFUL property on the bay side of Coastal highway. Amazing layout and decor. The indoor and outdoor kitchens made eating in a better option than dining out. The house was well appointed and including the linens was so convenient. Getting to the beach was a fairly easy walk across Coastal Highway. This was an amazing escape and we would definitely book this property again!!!There was construction around us including a house being built across the street. This will be gone next season...

Many restaurants close, and the grocery store is less than 5 minutes away. The house was very clean (and I have high standards). "Great rental and perfect location in Dewey! Our family stayed for two weeks and loved it - the rental had everything we needed and more: picture-perfect views, great cooking supplies, tons of extra blankets and beach gear, books, cards and board games, etc. The owner, Susan, was super helpful and communicative, checking in on us several times during Hurricane Erin. "We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is in a great location only about a 5 min walk to the beach. The pool is great for relaxing after the beach. The bedrooms are spacious and well appointed and the kitchen, dining and family area is large and well arranged. We ran into some issues with the pool but Frank was quick to jump in and resolve the issue. Worth checking it out."
