Nick was very helpful and gracious. However, the unit was lacking. No exterior lights worked on the front so we had to use the car to see to get in and out after dark. Wonderful trip, the house had plenty of amenities (including baby items). The fire pit next to the water was a hit all day and night. The kids enjoyed the canoes and Kayaks.
