Watch the sunrise and sunset and view the amazing wild life that Lake Martin has to offer - ducks, turtles, fish, geese, and even bald eagles. Local roads are paved and great for running/walking. Nature at it's finest draws in both adults and children.

Things to note
- Some of the windows in the main living space are cloudy, blurring the view. Still stunning views though!
- The seawall at the lake has some lose capstone. Be careful
- No parking area is strictly prohibited for vehicles due to septic tank underground pipes
