Outdoor property was what sold the property. Perfect for 2 families with 7 kids, Beach was a huge hit and swim dock was great as well.

The home is spacious and well decorated. The kitchen is well stocked--there is nothing you need to bring! There is plenty of comfortable seating in the living room, screened in porch, and deck. We would definitely stay again!!

We had a great stay here for my son's graduation from Auburn. The house was clean, well supplied and the perfect size for our large family. The dockwas an easy walk for the youngest and oldest of our group.

Our first trip to Lake Martin and we really enjoyed our stay. The property is awesome, and our host was very responsive. The house was very nice, clean and had a well stocked kitchen. Our grandchildren enjoyed the beach area and the Maui Pad as well. Loved waking up and having coffee on the screened porch, looking at the beautiful sunrises. We hope to come back. It was a wonderful week.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was exactly as described on the listing. The kids loved kayaking & the big water mat. We had brought our boat & the guys thoroughly enjoyed going out fishing every day. We did have a hiccup with the AC but Dana was very responsive in getting that taken care of for us. We will definitely be back!

We rented the cabin for family coming from out of State and ourselves for my daughter’s Wedding at New Water Farms. The cabin was perfect, spacious for gathering with great bedrooms and entertaining spaces for adults and kids. Check-in was easy and parking accommodated everyone. The view is amazing and the beach area with fire pit is a great plus. We highly recommend this cabin and will book it again.

This was by far the best vacation rental that our family has ever booked! Every single detail was more than we had imagined! There was plenty of space for our family to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of Lake Martin! We will most definitely be coming back!! Dana was more than accommodating and extremely attentive!! Thank you for allowing us to vacation at your beautiful oasis!!

This is a lovely property with everything you need to have a wonderful family vacation. We especially appreciated the number of bedrooms and bathrooms! And the kitchen was perfect for hosting a big Thanksgiving dinner.

Hanging out on the comfy screened porch often felt like we were on the water. There may have been some water lapping induced porch naps- so relaxing. Wonderful home, super clean, well-stocked, great dick and shoreline areas, responsive owner. We really enjoyed our long weekend getaway- thank you very much for sharing!

Stayed during the week of July 4th - great space and plenty of room for everyone. Bunk bed worked out great for our 2 year old granddaughter. Screened in porch or deck great spot to enjoy morning coffee. Nice private beach area to make sandcastles and son-in-law enjoyed fishing. Plenty of games provided along with pool table. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
