Great place.

Lots of space and amenities. Views of the lake were amazing. Great place for a family reunion. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to prepare Thanksgiving dinner. Definitely recommend this place.

Lake Martin Fall Break

This property was perfect for our group which ranged from infant to adults. There was plenty to do outside and having the beach/dock so close was comforting for the older kids to play and adults to keep an eye on them. We were rarely inside as there was so much to do outside!

Excellent experience. The property was well maintained and very well appointed with everything needed for enjoying the lake and surroundings such as hot tub, kayaks, paddle boards, etc. also proximity to stores and town made it a convenient location. Would definitely return.

Family Vacation

There were 18 of us, our annual vacation with our kids and grandchildren. We usually head to the Florida beaches but wanted something different. This was a beautiful home and we had so much to do there that we never had to leave for other entertainment. I believe we like the lake in place of the busy beach. Thank you Steven for sharing your beautiful home.

One of the best Family Vacations

We had one of the best family vacations. All 20 of us, all ages, from 4- 66 had something to do: Fishing, boating, or just plain relaxing. Great place with so much to do. Definitely recommended to stay at.

Graduation / Family Reunion

The house was perfect for our family reunion for our daughter’s graduation from Auburn University. The sunsets were amazing as well as all the outdoor space for our family to relax and play games together. The house had everything you could possibly need as well as all the lake toys (kayaks…etc).

The best rental I've ever been too.

I can't say enough great things. The host was quick to respond at the smallest questions. Very helpful and friendly. I've been burned by past rentals so now I over pack extra things we might need. I could have left half of it at home. The pace place has everything you could need and more. The listing only mentions a fraction of what's included! The kitchen is fully stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need. And so much extra space to store your food and personal items. It even had some snacks already stocked (and we added to the community pantry when we left to share the love). The big living room with double sectional sofas makes a great family gathering area. But honestly we stayed outside the whole time. It was a little chilly at times but that was remedied by the giant propane heaters and gas fire place and huge fire pit with PLENTY of comfy chairs (BRING FIRE WOOD!!) Fun yard games like yard Yahtzee, tetherball, Cornhole, volleyball. Kayaks and paddle boards so everyone can enjoy the water without a boat rental. No detail has been left out. The small things that I appreciated the most were PLENTY of trash cans and waste bins all over the house including outdoors. A mini fridge upstairs and a second full size fridge and kitchen in the outside boat house. So much comfy seating at every turn. This place feels like home and I love it. I also frequent lake Martin and really loved the detailed section in the book about goat island and all the goats names and info. So sweet.

Excellent stay

Great property with everything you’ll need for a perfect vacation! The kayaks, boat floats, dock, beach, paddle boat, and porches were all a big hit. The layout of the house was perfect for our family. Lovely Lake Martin vacation home near Dadeville.

Beautiful Lake Martin home

This was our second family trip to Lake Martin. This location is perfect and the sunset is incredible. The house was beautiful and comfortable for our large family(8 children and 5 adults). The house had so many extra amenities to enjoy. The odor area is very spacious. The sand, swim area, swing set, and water toys were such a hit with the children. The homeowner was very easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We made many wonderful family memories and hope to come back to this home!

The great outdoor family reunion summer vacation

The Pace Place was a family friendly house with lots of room to spread out and relax. The outdoor amenities were amazing and safe. We loved the TREX dock and furniture, no splinters! Water sports from morning ‘til night were a favorite on beautiful Lake Martin. Our grandchildren had a blast! The adults enjoyed the fire pit, plentiful seating outdoors, great fans, hot tub & kayaks. Lots of memories for all.

We had 18 people in our party. Everyone had a really great time. The property is plenty big enough to handle a big crowd. Mr. Pace was very accommodating and very pleasant to deal with. Any question we had he was very prompt with answers. Looking forward to renting the property again.

Winter Birthday Celebration!

This property is amazing. I took a group of high senior girls for my daughters birthday! From the moment of arrival, everything was perfect. The owners have thought of everything. Hot tub and kayaks were a huge hit with the girls. The fire pit was a lot of fun to do s’mores, and sitting on the top level of the dock provided beautiful sunset views as well as star gazing at night. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out, yet cozy enough to feel like everyone is together. The owners have thought of everything. Foosball, corn hole, volleyball, and the list goes on. We never left our entire stay except to go to the grocery store and to kayak around the lake. And we never wanted to! It’s in a wonderful neighborhood, lots of yard space, a boat launch and spectacular views. Just can’t say enough good things! The owners are wonderful and very accommodating. We will most definitely be back!
