  • Tuskegee University, one of the largest historically black universities in the United States, is a private university located in Tuskegee, Alabama. We spent Labor Day weekend. We had a great time. Anchor at Lake Martin was all-round perfect for our family. The location, view, amenities were everything you could ask for and need. Sandy one of the owners was very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend this unit. We will be back!

Check-in was super easy with a door code. Kitchen facilities were adequate for our needs and included a Keurig with plenty of K-cups. Wi-fi code was displayed on the fireplace. Balcony was awesome and had a beautiful view. We enjoyed it every day. There were also lake/pool floats in the outdoor closet. Our adult kids enjoyed floating in the lake one day.

My family of 4 had a wonderful week at this condo. We came for a getaway and to enjoy our daughter’s graduation from Auburn.Sandy was a gracious host, with special touch for out of town guests! I can’t say enough good things about the location and accommodations!

Home away from home!

Sandy’s vacation home is absolutely perfect! Our family of 5 visited for 7 nights and this home had plenty of space for everyone. The pictures in the listing do not do it justice, it’s SO much nicer in person. The kids enjoyed the pool and slide but really enjoyed being able to jump off of the dock. We rented a pontoon for a few days and loved that we could see it from the balcony. Sandy’s communication was wonderful! We will definitely be back!

This condo was perfect in every way. Beautiful and clean, well appointed and we found nothing lacking. Sandy was a wealth of information and soo helpful. She has left no stone unturned. The fireplace on the balcony was such a nice treat in the mornings and the evenings. We were able to enjoy the pool while we were visiting and it was clean and well kept. I will be back!

Auburn Football Weekend at Lake Martin

This beautiful and spacious condo was extremely clean and was an easy drive to Auburn. And what a wonderful view of the lake it has from the balcony! The owner was helpful and accommodating. Thank you, Sandy! We hope to return soon!

Great condo for family

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. This condo had everything we needed and more. The owner was so nice and responsive. This was our first trip to lake Martin and we loved that the condo was right on the water. The patio was great. We ate at the table and looked out at the water. Also, we loved that this condo had its own boat dock. We rented a boat for 2 days and had a place for it. Would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing Fall Getaway

Condo was perfect for our family weekend. Very clean and so nicely decorated. Comfortable furniture and beds (very important to us). Kitchen had everything you need without excess that you didn't need. Nice touches were beach towels, plenty of extra blankets and pillows, and spices in pantry. One of the best lake rentals we have stayed in. Owner communication was great... before and during stay. Even though there is not a dining table, there are chairs at the bar and the coffee table raises to become a table for two. We also brought some bamboo trays which we used sometimes in the living room. Several meals on the balcony were perfect, with beautiful sunsets. Loved the gas fireplaces both outside and inside, as well as comfortable wicker seating on balcony. Will definitely return.

5 Stars all the way!!

We are so pleased with our choice to rent this condo for our annual trip with our friends. The condo was high end from the complex to the furnishings. It was stocked with with everything from beach towels to appliances to bathroom products. The beds .. SUPER comfy! The location is close to town and restaurants. You can’t get any closer to the water than from this location and the views - OUTSTANDING!! Easy check in and check out. Very friendly owners. I would give more than 5 stars if I could and going back to this condo is a guarantee! Thank you for an awesome experience!

What a lovely place to spend the weekend. Sandy was a fab hostess and a wonderful communicator. Arriving and checking in couldn’t have been easier. Great deck for meals and views. Charming decor with room to move. Great coffee pot. Will stay here again.

Great place on Lake Martin!

We absolutely loved our stay! This fifth floor condo has the best views! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony every morning and evening. The owners have this condo stocked with anything that you would need during your stay. Checking in and out was super easy and the owners had a notebook with local restaurants and attractions. Be sure and check out the muscle car museum while you are there too!
