"First and foremost the owner Edgar communicated really well with us and we felt comfortable that any issues would be dealt with promptly. Thr place itself is not exactly luxury but the beds were comfortable, and everything was clean. It was a short walk to a beautiful lake with all kinds of birds and a really nice little restaurant, "the peach cafe" and ice cream. One warning I would have is the bedroom doorways are not high and very tall people may hit their head but its a small thing.Thanks...

"Stayed one night while visiting Sun N Fun Expo. Unit is one of two in detached free standing building on residential property. Easy to locate off main route 98 couple miles from Interstate 4. Route 98 has plenty of food offerings with Wal Mart on nearby corner. Felt safe with cameras on parking area in nice residential neighborhood. Unit is newer construction and nicely supplied. Tiled flooring throughout with beautiful bath and shower. Kitchenette set up with full size modern...

"Super cute and close to everything!"

"This was the perfect stay for my daughter and I. We were close to USF for a campus tour and not super far from Busch Gardens. The beaches were a bit further, but that was not the purpose of our trip. The only thing that wasn't clear to me is that the place is attached to the owner's residence. It's private, and you don't cross paths much, but they are right there. We didn't mind, but others might. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"This house was so comfortable for our stay. It was very very clean and it came with all necessary amenities in the kitchen / bathroom / bedrooms. The hosts were very communicative and great to work with. The beds were extremely comfortable which you don't always find in a rental, but it made our stay amazing. We definitely will be booking again!"

"It would be fine for a short stay, certainly not a long stay as we did. The apt. Was a renovated garage attached to the homeowners home. We had no outside space at all. We did not have any outside space. The apt. had no windows. Very claustrophobic. The only window in the place was a small one in the entrance door. It was clean but very small. I really doubt we would go this route again."
