Amazing Homestay!

This place was so amazing and we were treated like family as soon as we arrived. I would come back in an instant and would highly recommend this place to any traveler passing by. I wish we could of stayed longer but we will be back! Bryce and Brynne :)

Vietnam's best hosts deserve to be fully booked!

Although we were aware this property was not the closest to Hoi An centre, it is only a fifteen minute walk or 35000 Dng taxi to the Old Town. We stayed for two nights and loved our stay. We were greeted with lovely cool drinks, fast photos of passports to check in and an information packed photocopy of what to see and do locally. The quality of the rooms are the best we have stayed at in Vietnam, with quality fixtures and fitttings. The pool is was a welcome relief from the heat we experienced in Hoi An. The owners were always available for assistance, but offered privacy too, a nice balance. On our last night we were invited to a delicious meal cooked by the owner's wife (Emily), rice flour pancakes with watercress and bean sprouts......very filling. The owner arranged a transfer to Danang airport (45 minute taxi) for 300,000Dgn, we felt was too cheap! Unless you want to stay in a soul-less 5 star hotel, book this place.....you will not be disappointed.

The owners are absolutely lovely, kind people. They made us a delicious breakfast every morning and invited to have dinner one night. Lots of bicycles to go downtown or the beach. We loved it here.

Exordinary hospitality from the property ownet, we can't expect more. Clean and spacious room, free bike, good breakfast, quiet neighborhood, wonderful supper invited by the owner for free......we definitely recommend it to any visitor!!!

The best place you will stay in Vietnam!

Absolutely no reason to stay anywhere else in Hoi An, regardless of budget, because you simply can't have a better time than staying at Well-To-Do. Tri and his wife are the most welcoming, friendly, and genuinely happy people you will ever meet. And the accomodation is just as amazing. Easily the best value place we've stayed on our travels; the rooms are like a lovely hotel (the bathroom particularly is miles better than similar priced places across Vietnam) and the pool is clean and well kept. The freshly made breakfasts are perfect every morning, as was a huge dinner that they invited us to one night. They even brought me up a warm rice porridge to make me feel better when I was hungover one day! To top it off Hoi An is brilliant, and the villa is perfectly placed for a short bike ride either down to the old town or up to the beach. The best place we have and probably will stay on our travels across South East Asia, and we would love to go back one day.

Nicest people treated me so well the couple who own it the girl at the front desk could not have been nicer or more helpful. Plus the place it self is soooo nice and did I mention the food! Free bikes plenty of little places to eat. Everything is 5 star

lovely place and people to stay with

The owner and his wife Tri and Huong are the most welcoming and generous people we met in Vietnam. Tri is so eager to learn about everyone he meets. The reception girls Trong and Ha are also so willing to help and learn in anyway they can. The free bike was a treat and everything was in easy riding distance from the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel .

Hatten einen super Aufenthalt. Super freundliche Familie, die uns sogar zweimal zum Essen eingeladen hat. Beste Hotel bisher auf unserer Vietnamreise. Zimmer sauber, neu, groß. Super Pool zum erfrischen. Kostenlose bikes und leckeres Frühstück. Nichts zu bemängeln.

Lovely place to stay in Hoi An. The family were very welcoming and always trying to help. Pros Lovely people Nice clean swimming pool Fairly quiet street Very good value for money Laundry service Great location not far from both the beach and old town Cons No elevator so something to watch if you have a room on the third floor. Like in your home!

I stay there for 2 nights on the recommandation of a friend. The entire family is wonderful. They help for everything, they even offer me the dinner! Some specialities cooked by the mother! The place is quiet at night, no noise at all. Free byke at your disposal and only 6 min from the old city. The swimming pool is great if you would like to enjoy few hours staying home. I highly recommand this place if you would like to feel like home after few weeks in Vietnam!

Very sweet family and beautiful villa

When we arrived at the Villa we were greeted by a nice family, who welcomed us with tea and cake. The room was large and bright, with a nice clean bathroom. The house itself looks very new and therefore also in good condition. The pool was a big plus and fine size for a quick dip. It was also possible to borrow bikes and rent a scooters very cheap. We did that every day and it was absolutely perfect. The house is about 10 minutes by bike from the city center and it was incredibly easy to find. The family which own the place is very serviceminded and did everything to make our stay fantastic. We were offered cake, fresh fruit and tea several times during the stay. They helped us with laundry and offered us help with excursions. The family also offered us a traditional Vietnamese lunch consisting of homemade pancakes with various vegetables. It was very delicious and an experience we had not expected. We can definitely recommend the Well to do Villa to others who want a more personal stay. We hope we can visit the family again someday.
