The host family are so warm and welcoming. You immediately feel like part of the family. Al a carte menu is available and breakfast cooked by the host Nge is a great way to start your day. Rooms are spacious and have all the basics to make your trip comfortable. The villa backs onto the local herb gardens and you can watch the locals tender to the crops. Out the front is a view of the river .The area is peaceful and relaxing and a great place to unwind, 5 mins by scooter to the beach and 10 mins to old town. Scooters for hire can be arranged from the villa as can taxis and tours. A great place to unwind and relax from the hustle and bustle of life, and enjoy a peaceful sleep.You can sit by the pool under the shade of the trees kick back and read a book and enjoy the fragrance of the fresh herbs. Would definitely come back again for the peace and serenity and the warmth of the family feel ❤️.

Great stay....

Booked a week, stayed for 3! Great room with a beaut view with thorough daily housekeeping. Perfectly positioned between town and beach with the vegetable gardens at your doorstep. A refreshing pool, free bicycle use, option to lunch/dine at premises and a nourishing breakfast in very peaceful surroundings..... The big freestanding bath in our room easily fitted 2 and the very comfy bed was huge! Did not care much for pillows but that's a personal thing anyway. It's a family run business and they made us feel very welcome and made sure we were comfortable. They are doing a great job. I appreciated the cups of ginger tea prepared for me when I got the flu as well as advise and help re dr. We most definitely will come back and stay longer, really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. *rooms have a variety of lay outs and views and transfers are in nice aircon car

Le personnel est particulièrement sympathique et nous gâte en toutes occasions! Nous avons été chouchoutés et aidés quand nous avions besoin, le gérant nous a emmenés voir un lieu très peu connu ( l’un des derniers ponts en bambou de la région de Hoi An) et a persisté malgré le peu de renseignements le concernant. Merci à tous pour ce 2 ème séjour toujours aussi agréable au milieu des jardins potagers , comme un retour à notre maison de vacances.

This was a lovely family run homestay / hotel. A very warm welcome from everybody and nice friendly personal service. Very relaxing surroundings overlooking the herb fields of Tra Que Vegetable village, irrigatio lakes and the river. It was quite remote but an enjoyable walk to Hoi An taking in all the sights and sounds with a cheap quick taxi ride home away from all the hussle an bussle and a 15 min walk to the beach. Bike are available if you do not want to walk but I think walking is the best way to see real life. It was good to see the owners had made it through the Covid situation and are now in a position to their lovely property to visitors.

This Place is Magical!

This place is magical! The family that owns the hotel are the sweetest people ever! Say hello to Uncle Zip, who takes care of the grounds. He does an amazing job. The location is in the middle of the local gardens, it's just beautiful. It's close to Anh Bang beach and the downtown area. The rooms are lovely and the food is very good, especially the free breakfast. The pool is perfect. I can't say enough great things about this hotel. When we go back to Hoi An, we will stay again.

Tolle Gadtgeberin und tolle Lage

Die Unterkunft liegt etwa 3 km vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Wir fanden die ruhige Lage toll, da es in Hoi An etwad hektischer zugeht. Das Team gibt sich sehr viel Mühe, dass die Gäste sich wohlfühlen. Zu empfehlen ist zudem die Kochschule nebenan Tra Que Garden.

Seven day break in middle of hol.

Lovely staff collected us from airport free of charge and let us check in early too. Poolside space a little limited but overall a nice small friendly guest house. In a beautiful setting bikes were always available to cycle into town ( 2 miles) or the beach (1 mile).

寧靜、舒適、早餐很好

非常開心能入住這間令人賓至如歸的酒店，酒店的老闆及員工都很好，致力為客人營造一個舒適乾淨的環境。房間亦很大很有特色，很喜歡房間有露台，感覺非常休閒。雖然離會安市中心有一段距離，但酒店有免費單車給客人，乘坐的士或Garb都只是約十多分鐘的路程。可惜我們入住的時候天氣很冷，否則非常想在酒店內很漂亮的泳池游泳，而且我很欣賞員工的勤力，就算沒人游泳，他仍努力保持泳池的整潔。酒店附近是鄉村，我們有時晚上回酒店時會走很少街燈的鄉村小徑，但感覺都很安全。

Beautiful hotel perfect stay

Our stay in Osaka riverside villa was amazing. Beautiful hotel in the garden village of Hoi An. The perfect starting point for excursions to Hoi an old town or to the beach. Staff was allways friendly and helpful. They organized a trip to cham island and the temples of My son for us. The rooms are spaceious and very welll maintained. Pool is perfect refreshment after a hot day. We will always gladly remember this holiday!

Lovely hotel with very friendly hosts

Very nice hotel in the middle of a vegetable field. Lovely views with calm and relaxing surroundings. It is a bit far off from the old town, but free bicycles makes it easy to get around. The resort is also not to far from An Bang beach. If you are too lazy, or it is too hot, you also have the option to rent a motorbike for a charge. Rooms are very comfortable and recommend staying on the second floor where the view is great. Good selection of breakfast and the hosts are supernice! I will never forget my stay with them. Go and you will not be disappointed.

Top sauberes Hotel zum entspannen

Sehr schönes Hotel unring von Gärten.Unglaublich freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.Wir hatten ein wunderschönes großes Zimmer mit sehr großen Balkon und einem tollen Blick über den Fluß.Das Frühstück ist A'la Carte.Daher wird alles frisch zubereitet und ist vielseitig.Der Pool und die Außenanlagen wie Poolliegen sind Top sauber und gepflegt.Bis zur Stadt einfach ein Taxi für 2€ nehmen,oder die kostenlosen Fahrräder nutzen.Da unsere Erwartungen in allem übertroffen würde können wir nur volle Punktzahl geben.Bitte weiter so Team Osaka Riverside.

Rauhallinen hotelli puutarhamaiseman keskellä

Hotelli on oikein hintansa arvoinen, mutta sijainti kaukana rannasta ja keskustasta verottaa pisteitä. Palvelu ja henkilökunta erittäin hienoa. Aamiainen myös aivan riittävä vaikka ei buffet. Listalta sai valita niin monta erilaista kuin halusi eikä vain muutamaa. Pyörävalikoima valitettavasti hieman vanhempaa joten päädyin vuokraamaan skootterin joka oli oikein hyvä ratkaisu. Huone erittäin mukava toisessa kerroksessa ja kaikki toimi ihan hienosti. Sänky mukava ja korkealuokkaiset pehmeät liinavaatteet. Aamulla auringonvalo herätti koska ei pimennettyjä verhoja. Parveke oikein mukava sekä uima-allasalue. Voi todella suositella ja hintansa väärti jos ei välitä pitkästä etäisyydestä keskustaan ja muinaiseen kaupunkiin. Erittäin rauhallinen alue ja pidin puutarhanäköalasta. Upeasti hoidetut puutarhat miellyttävät silmää.

Bo här, ni kommer inte att ångra er!!!

Vi bodde två veckor på Osaka Riverside. Vi kunde lätt ha stannat två veckor till. Fantastiskt litet nybyggt och fräscht familjedrivet hotell med en service som är svårslagen. De tog hand om oss som om vi var en del av familjen! Frukost a la carte med nyplockade grönsaker och färska frukter, helt ljuvligt och även den i toppklass! Vi rekommenderar alla som önskar lite lugn och ro men ändå vill ha nära till strand och Hoi an att bo här. Gratis cyklar att låna annars är taxi också ett lätt och billigt sätt för att ta sig till stan. Ni kommer inte ångra er om ni bokar detta boende!

Our best recommendations to this hotel

Me and my family give our very best recommendations to this hotel and the family running it. A really nice small hotel, professional and superfriendly owners and staff that really did everything to make you feel welcome. Interiors, rooms and garden was very nice and well taken care of.In general, the standard was much higher than all other two star hotels we've stayed at in other cities in Vietnam. Our two daughters really loved the pool, and it was was cleaned at least twice a day even though it was raining to make sure it was in best conditions whenever our girls wanted to take a bath. For us, the location was perfect on the countryside in between the city and the beach easiliy reached by taxi (or bicycle that you could borrow). If we ever go back to Vietnam and Hoi An, we would definitely want to stay at this hotel again and we give our best recommendations for any traveller visiting Hoi An.
