"Nice, small, place to stay close to the beach. The accommodations were sufficient for four adults for two nights. The bedrooms are rather tight but they are comfortable. There was an issue with the property being double booked but the property owner was able to take care of it and helped the other folks try to find another place. We would consider staying here again if we were in the area. "

"Very cute had everything you needed for long term stay (laundry detergent, pots, pans, toiletries, etc). I liked that there was covered parking and AC. It was on the first floor so there were bugs (can of insect spray quickly fixed the problem) and you could hear upstairs neighbors walking. Property owners were very responsive and called weekly to check in. Would recommend. "

"The location is in the heart of downtown Santa Ana. The area looks recently renovated, and we felt safe walking around. There are many dining options within walking distance. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The interior is modern and spacious. Wifi is fast. The food court downstairs played music in the evening, but it ended around 9:30 PM, so it wasn’t a problem. Communication with the host was smooth and helpful."

"My family and I had no issues during our stay. The property was clean, it was easy to check in, and Grace responded to some inquiries in a timely manner. The only negatives are more personal reasons. In one of the bedrooms, there was only one outlet to plug in electronics. The property is located on a very noisy and busy street which made it hard to fall asleep. That being said, the property itself and the neighboring units were pretty quiet. "
