"Our “room” was a small apartment set over two floors. Very comfortable, clean and with everything we needed for a few nights. WiFi was good. Nice art on the walls. Plenty of parking. And convenient location for touring around snowdonia and north wales. Staff were really welcoming, friendly and helpful. Very nice breakfasts included. Thankyou for everything"

"Good single room in this inn for a traveller at reasonable rate. Great basic breakfast, pay a bit extra for cooked stuff. Lovely friendly staff. I loved the bar atmosphere, a hub for locals and for Welsh singing and music-making (at weekend, when I was there, at least.) Good Celtic kind of "craic"."

"Lovely flat, very comfortable and so close to the beach - just a couple of minutes walk. Very well-stocked with everything we needed. Hosts got in touch to check in which was nice. "

"Generally the property was nice, however having stayed at similar properties over the years, I think there were a few things which could be improved. These are personal preferences but I think its the smaller touches which make all the difference. For example, it would have been nice if guests were given bath towels rather than the smaller sized towels, with spares available at the property. As the property had a hot tub, robes would have been nice. The tea and coffee selection was very basic....

"Great stay! Could t fault the accommodation at all! 5 min drive from zip world, host left some extras for us, tea coffee sugar milk bottle of bubbly and some chocolates and shortbread! Excellent touch! Some nice walks nearby weather your a novice or a professional hiker something for everyone! Will definitely stay again! "We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this property. The host was very helpful and provided all the information we needed. The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything required for our stay. Breakfast was good, and the available parking was very convenient. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch of finding a small Bible in the drawer.Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would gladly return."

"The food here is amazing and you can't beat the location for touring North Wales. Janna was the star of the place. That said, the room needs serious maintenance. The mattress was completely shot—sagging with metal springs that poked into my body every time I moved. For me, the most important part of a trip is to have a good night to sleep and it baffles me that this hotel has this Kind of mattresses. The pillars were OK though.
