You can easily walk to the green beach at Grimmershörner Bay for swimming in the North Sea with views of the Kugelbake, ferry connections to Helgoland Island, boat trips to the seal banks and Neuwerk Island. The historic "Alte Liebe" offers you a close-up view of large ships heading to Hamburg or back to the North Sea.
