"We booked this property months in advance specifically because the listing stated it slept 5. After we booked, the listing was changed (at various points it showed “sleeps 2” or “sleeps 4”) and the price dropped. Despite the confusion, we kept our reservation.When we arrived, there were not enough towels or bedding for 5 people. One person on the trundle had no bedding at all. We reached out to the host about the discrepancy and were told the listing would be updated, but that did not help our...

"Very comfortable and wonderful location in Falmouth, close to the dining and shopping. It's also is also within walking distance to the free Steamboat Authority shuttle bus to get to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket Island. The staff was super helpful."

"The place just didn’t seem clean. It wreaked or Fabuloso. We were told to not block the driveway, but someone else blocked it, so we had to walk don the block just to get on the sidewalk. I slept in my clothes afraid to look at the sheets underneath the covers afraid to see what I would see. Worse than a Motel 6. "

I received no address or access info and when I called to get them I was asked on several attempts to try calling back in ten minutes or so. When the guy had time to talk he told me I had to supply my ID and credit card info over the phone. I told him I was at my departure airport and couldn’t forward ID...
