"Excellent location on the ocean. Explore the rocky shoreline and swim on calm days. Nearby grocery/restaurant is excellent. Cozy apartment for a couple. Ice cold air conditioning for the hot Sicilian sun. Kind and friendly hostess. Beautiful grounds. Would stay for a month if we could!"

"Die Lage des Apartments ist großartig. Keine 10 Min zum Strand, noch schneller ist man im Zentrum. Trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Parken kann man am angrenzenden bewachten Parkplatz (bei uns für 10€/Tag) "

"Proche de Castellammare del Golfo avec ses restaurants et ses départs pour les excursions en bateau. Bien placé géographiquement pour rayonner de Marsala à Cefalù en passant par Palerme. Proche de la plage. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à la Ginestra. merci à Angelo et sa famille. Thierry et Véronique"

"Wij hebben een fijne week gehad in het huis van Girolama en Andrea. Alles wat wij nodig hadden was aanwezig en het huis was netjes en schoon. Het terras met uitzicht op de zee was prachtig. Het contact met Girolama, Andrea en Giuseppe was heel prettig.Het is zeer aan te bevelen een auto bij de hand te hebben. Het huis ligt op best een eind wandelen van dorp en strand.Puntje van aandacht: ik zou de witte spaarlampen vervangen voor warm licht. Dat komt de sfeer 's avonds zeer ten goede. "

"Our stay in San Vito Lo Capo at Edoardo’s place was fantastic! A spacious place for us all, family of 8, and really nice neighborhood. The super market was literally around the corner which made getting groceries a breeze. The walk to the beach through the little town was no more than 5-10 minutes depending on how fast you want to go, as there are all kinds of little shops along the way. Overall a wonderful stay and would definitely come and stay here again! Thank you Edoardo!!"

"Nos encontramos con varias cosas que hacen que nuestra valoración no sea positiva. Piero nos solicitó mas dinero por la limpieza de sabanas y toallas, cuando según la descripción del apartamento no aparecía este concepto. Anteriormente le había enviado un mensaje preguntando si había algún gasto adicional ante el que no hubo respuesta. La información sobre el pago extra nos la dio el dia antes de viajar, con lo cual nos quedamos sin opción de mirar alternativas. A pesar de que Piero nos dijo que...

"We so enjoyed our stay! My husband & I and another couple appreciated the central location and fresh vegetables from the garden, ideal for exploring the countryside just south and west of Palermo. Great “home base” to explore Marsala to the west, Selinunte to the south, Castellamare del Golfo and Vito de Capo to the north, and the nearby towns of Salemi and Calatafimi Segesta. Friendly and helpful host, great value, and convenient location."

"Ein Landgut wird beworben, eine heruntergekommene und schmutzige Anlage findet man vor. Überall Müll am Gelände, die Küche/Kühlschrank verdreckt, nicht gekehrt und die Bäder eine Zumutung. Wir mussten erstmal putzen.. Klimatisiert sind nur 2 Doppelzimmer über ein klappriges Gerät in einem Vorraum - wie man hier in heißen Monaten mit bis zu 8 Personen schlafen soll möchten wir uns nicht vorstellen. Viele alte Möbel wo überall kaputte Dinge drin waren, das Untergeschoss nur eine Rumpelkammer......
