"Le restaurant ou on prenait le déjeuner (3 ieme etage) etait peut-être un peu trop climatisé. Le linge avait parfois une odeur de poussière. A mon avis il devait être lavé en grande quantité et entreposé longtemps ensuite. Globalement j'ai bien aimé mon séjour. Au début on m'a refilé une chambre pour handicapés, j'ai demandé a changer le lendemain ce qui a ete accepté sans problème. Le personnel est très sympa et avenant. Il y a un indomaret pas loin a 4 minutes a pieds. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Royal Tulip on Guelis mountain near Bogor. The sight of the environment is fantastic. Staff was wonderful, more than professional. Really kind people glad to be of help. Especially Pak Rian of reception was extraordinary by organising personnel to sing Happy Birthday to my daughter, the special gifts, and enquiring afterwards how we liked it. Really good"

"BigLand Hotel Bogor gave me excellent service with a free upgrade. When I got sick, the staff truly cared for me. Clean rooms, multiple restaurants, and a beautiful rooftop with live music. Only issue: nearby mosques start at 4 a.m., but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Overall, very happy stay!"
