Hi Jess, thanks for your feedbak. The burner on the stove top has since been replaced, we had another guest leave it burning and warp the element but not tell us! We'll pass the feedback on to the housekeepers and we are conducting full spring cleans at the moment as well. We will suggest the fry pan and some bigger pots as well. Glad you enjoyed the stay!

Hi Julie, we would never want our guests spending a chunk of their time cleaning or attending to any issues at the property which is why we ask you in the rental agreement all guests sign to please contact us as soon as you arrive or notice an issue so that we can do our best to have it fixed up for you. We would happily send a cleaner out to rectify any cleaning issues for you. As we have a lot of pet friendly properties, the vaccum is used by guests to collect excess hair and must not have been emptied by previous guests, we'll ensure our housekeepers check that. The clothesline is in working order, we've spoken with housekeeping recently who confirmed this for us and also that they are not aware of any broken wardrobe at the property, so if this was an issue it's not there now. We didn't hear anything from you during your stay regarding any of these issues, so please contact us next time if there is something that needs attention, thanks Julie

Hi Christine, we really appreciate you letting us know about these minor issues on departure, however we do ask all guests as part of our rental agreement to let us know of any issues on arrival so that we can sort them out for you so they're not an issue during your stay. We were able to have our handy man and housekeepers fix these items after you left. Thanks again
