We are dedicated to ensuring excellence for all guests and your feedback is appreciated. The cleaning issues you raised have been addressed including the steam cleaning of the lounge. The owner has inspected the property and is pleased with the results. We would confirm that all the opening windows at the property do in fact have fly screens. We apologise that the gas ignitor was not working. If you were to contact us regarding this issue during your stay our Property Manger would have dropped one of to you. A new self-stove ignition has since been placed at the property. In relation to the doona in the main bedroom, the doona on the bed was the correct size for the cover it was on the wrong way around, however a new doona and cover has been purchased.
