Hi George, Thank you for your feedback for Cudgee. As this property is near the bush land this increases the likely hood of there being bugs - specifically mosquitoes. We do supply repellant to try to assist with this. We have ensured that all fly screens have been replaced to allow the windows to be left open and not let bugs enter. The property does have an annual pest inspection that is completed before our peak season. Warm regards, Cameron
