Spacious and welcoming loft facing São Lourenço Park, one of Curitiba's most beautiful green spaces.
10 minutes drive from Ópera de Arame and Museu Oscar Niemeyer and 15 from downtown.

Sleeps up to 4 people in two bedrooms, with a full kitchen, air conditioning, private parking, and a furnished garden.

The living room has four seats, a Smart TV, and a workspace with high-speed Wi-Fi.

Glass doors connect the house to the yard and garden, bringing light and nature inside.

*The space*

First, we focused on the essentials: comfortable beds, a full kitchen, a spacious bathroom, and a garden to breathe in.

The park and the silence were already there.

Then, every detail was thought through with care.

The furniture isn't from a catalog; most pieces are family heirlooms that have been with us for generations.

The bathroom sink came from Teatro Guaíra, opened in 1954.

The kitchen counter belonged to an old neighborhood diner.

Among the paintings and objects, works by local Curitiba artists we carefully selected. Every piece here has a story – from our family or from the city.

*The architecture*

The loft is spacious and airy, with plenty of glass and spaces defined by furniture and fabrics rather than walls.

The entrance is private, and the curtains ensure total privacy from neighbors.

We live upstairs, in a separate unit. The only shared space is the garden pathway.

Other than that, the loft is completely yours – no shared walls, no shared entrances.

-Bedrooms-
Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, ceiling fan, and ample closet space.
Bedroom 2 has a full bed with well-organized storage for your belongings.
Both have blackout curtains and blankets in different weights, because Curitiba's weather can change in a heartbeat.

-Restroom-
Double shower with two hot water heads and a handheld bidet spray. Towels are included.

-Kitchen-
Stove, microwave, refrigerator, water filter, pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. The table comfortably seats up to 4 people.

-Living and working-
Sofa, two armchairs, and a Smart TV with Prime Video.
For those traveling for work: a dedicated desk, ergonomic chair, and high-speed internet.
Air conditioning heats and cools, taking care of the rest.

-External area-
A garden with plants, a table, chairs, a hammock, and a lounge chair.
Organic herbs are available for you to use, and when in season, you can enjoy pine nuts and fruit from our small orchard.

Uncovered private parking spot. Laundry area with a sink and washing machine.
For stays of 20 nights or more, we include weekly bathroom cleaning and linen change.

Location is one of the highlights: we're half a block from one of the park entrances to Parque São Lourenço.

Walking through the park, in less than 30 minutes on foot (2 km) you'll reach Rua da Música, the new cultural and dining hub that connects Ópera de Arame and Pedreira Paulo Leminski.

São Lourenço park is closed between 10 PM and 6 AM. If you're coming back during those hours, we recommend taking a taxi or Uber – both come right to the door with no issues.

We're one block from the bus stop that goes downtown, and the tourist line stops on the other side of the park.

At the park entrance, there's a bike-sharing station.

By car, you can get to Museu Oscar Niemeyer in 10 min (4 km), to the Historic Center in 15 min (6 km), and to Estádio Couto Pereira in 15 min (5 km).

The bus station is 20 min away (8 km), and the airport is 40 min away (23 km).
