Located in calm neighborhood located on first floor (elevator in the building). Cozy space with living room and balcony, kitchen, one bedroom and bathroom. There is a comfortable sofa bed in the living room which can accommodate 2 people (sofa bed size when opened: L 180 x D 160 cm / W 70.86” x D 63" ). Kitchen with all appliances (microwave, stove and fridge). Fast Wi-fi and Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube. Parking in the building.

Quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to the city centre and several points of interest. Close to Barigui Park (850 m), one of the most popular in Curitiba for jogging and enjoying nature. The region is well served with restaurants, supermarkets, drugstores, hospitals and one of the best shopping malls in town.

HOUSE RULES
• For security reasons we kindly ask all guests staying in the apartment to send us an image of a valid ID document (passport or ID) before checking in.
• This is a non smoking apartment.
• In consideration to neighbors, we gently ask guests to observe a quiet time between 10 pm and 8 am.
• Pets are not allowed.
• It is not allowed under any circumstances to move the furniture. This is a wooden floor apartment and the floor can be easily damaged.
• Families are always welcome, but parents must be aware that there is no safety net outside the balcony and windows or any other specific safety equipment for children. Therefore we can not offer any guarantee regarding the safety.
• We do have a pack and play crib (portable) that we can provide upon request.
