"For any events or activities at Drake University, this location is perfect. We rented it for my daughter‘s graduation from Drake and it was super convenient to walk to the Knapp center. The hosts are fantastic and the house is set up very nicely as a rental property. There are clear instructions everywhere. The house is very nice and has ample bedrooms for larger groups.
